Fabuleux, superbe exp?rience ! Nous avons pass? 3 journ?es inoubliables avec notre guide Juan, ainsi que son chauffeur. Une 1ere journ?e ? Chichen Itza avec acc?s parmi les premiers au site, des explications vraiment tr?s interessantes, on voit que Juan est passionn? par son pays, mais il a ?galement su s?adapter ? nos 2 enfants pour rendre la journ?e ludique. Ensuite une journ?e ? Tulum et ensuite une cenote absolument incroyable. Puis une derni?re journ?e o? nous avons fait 2 cenotes superbes. Juan est un guide d?une grande gentillesse, hyper int?ressant et tres bienveillant, et fait tout pour que les clients passent un merveilleux moment, nous avons ? chaque fois d?jeun? dans des restaurants avec de la nourriture typique. Au niveau organisation, rien ? redire, l?agence est r?active, et le contact avec Claire facile et pr?cis. Exp?rience ? d?couvrir absolument ! Et encore un grand merci ? Juan !

Great experience Three of us (first timers in Yucatan) took the full day tour to Chichen Itza offered by Absolute Adventures. One advantage of this outfit is the opportunity to get to the site before the hordes of bus tours arrive. The site opens at 8AM (Central Time), and we were picked up at a hotel near Playa del Cwrmen at 6:15 (Eastern time), and were almost first in line when it opened. We had several hours of leisurely wandering around the site before the crowd surge began. Our guide, Dulce, was fantastic. Exploring the ruins with her was like being with a knowledgeable friend, rather than a standard tour guide. We had read up on the site before visiting, and she she was able to answer all our questions, remaining flexible to our requests to visit some of the non-standard places on the site After chichen itza, the tour offers a choice of cenotes to swim in, depending on how much light comes in, from none to full opening. We chose the middle option, which was a delight. Before returning to the hotel, we ate at a local restaurant in Valladolid, across from the old monastery, and then went to the city center near the cathedral. As expected, there were lots of shops, but we opted to sit on a bench and enjoy the ambiance of a pleasant gathering place for local families and tourists alike. All in all, a great introduction to the history, culture, and geology of the Yucatan.

Une visite de Chichen Itza et de Valadolid, une visite de Tulum et une 1ere cenote, puis le dernier jour 2 cenotes avec ? chaque fois des exp?riences diff?rentes. Juan est un guide tr?s sympathique, ? lՎcoute, passionn? par son pays et son histoire, mais qui sait aussi s?adapter ? son public, et notamment avec des enfants il sait rendre les excursions ludiques et passionnantes. Nous avons ?galement eu des acc?s privil?gi?s en ?vitant la foule, ce qui rendait les visites encore plus agr?ables. Nous avons ?galement pu go?ter ? des sp?cialit?s mexicaines avec les conseils de Juan. L?agence est tr?s s?rieuse, avec un contact facile et r?actif avec Claire, ce qui permet de profiter de ses vacances sans inqui?tude sur l?organisation.

Absolutely fabulous Absolute Adventure! From the website, through booking and throughout the tour, our experience was well-organized, with clear communication. Juan was a great tour guide - knowledgeable, friendly and responsive to our interests (e.g. we preferred a quieter cenote); we felt very comfortable with him and would have no hesitation having him as a tour guide again. He even had restaurant options in Valladolid that accommodated our family?s dietary needs (one gluten-free and one vegan). Omar was a great driver - got us where we needed to go in a safe, timely way and also watching our belongings while we toured. Don?t underestimate the importance of the early start Absolute Adventures has for this tour - we beat the crowds both at Chich?n Itz? and the cenote we went to.

Incredible Experience! The whole day was incredible! We got to the ruins very early to avoid the crowds. From there, we swam in a cenote and had an incredible lunch. We were lucky enough to see sea turtles, sting rays, baby squids and more! Ivan was a wonderful driver and Cristina was an incredible tour guide. We learned so much from her!

Fun and informative day! We had a brilliant day. Dulce adapted the day to suit our and our 8 year old granddaughters needs which was perfect. An interesting, informative and fun day. Wouldn?t hesitate to recommend. Thank you Dulce.

Private Express Tour of Tulum was just what we wanted. I highly recommend Absolute Adventure's Private Express Tour of Tulum. Cristina, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and fun to be with. We learned a lot about Tulum and had a beautiful day exploring the ruins. We were looking for a tour where we could see Tulum but be back at a reasonable time to enjoy our afternoon at our hotel. We left our hotel at 7:30 am and were back by 1:30 pm. While it says express, we never felt rushed and felt it was just the right amount of time.

A fantastic value! We used Absolute Adventure Mexico for three different tours while we were visiting Tulum and we are so grateful for the experiences! Each day had different guides and drivers who were all fantastic guides who knowledgeably and efficiently took us through different archeology sites. Joshua, Dulce and Cristina all passionately shared historical and archeological information with us and brought the ruins we toured back to life for us as we walked past groups of larger tours. We spent just the right amount of time to learn some facts and take a few pictures for us before moving on. Our drivers- Omar, Omar and Yos all got us where we were going quickly and safely and we felt lucky to have such great people show us around the sites including the cenotes they selected for us. The guides do ALL of the logistics for you and it's such a valuable service to have. The cost includes the guides going to the tour site entry counters/kiosks to get your needed entry tickets and wristbands. They drive you there, they rent you the bikes, they bring the snorkel gear and they buy you your lunch! This value alone makes it a fantastic way to get a lot of adventuring in and still have time to relax on the beach afterwards! Thank you Absolute Adventure

Amazing day at Ek Balam, Cenote and Valladolid with Arturo My family had an amazing day with Arturo as our guide and Enrique as our driver visiting Ek Balam, a cenote nearby and then Valladolid from near Playa del Carmen. Arturo had excellent knowledge of Ek Balam and mayan history and culture. We so enjoyed his excellent touring, completely fluent English from many years in the U.S., and friendly, easygoing attitude. We had some dietary restrictions in our group, including vegetarians and pescatarian, and had lunch in Valladolid at Yerba Buena which was so delicious and had such a friendly ownership. The private tour was great and we felt Arturo gave us great attention and understanding of our needs. We would highly recommend Absolute Adventuree and would love to do another tour whenever we're next in the area! Muchas gracias!

Dulce and Rodrigo were amazing! Our Guide was Dulce and our driver was Rodrigo. They were 10/10, simply amazing! We felt so taken care from the moment they picked us up until we got back to the hotel. Dulce was extremely patient and explained the history of the Xenotes. We felt safe during the snorkeling session and amazed by everything. They were always asking if everything was alright and if we needed anything. We chose Dos ojos and Taak bi ha and have no regrets, these memories will always be with us. When we come back, we?ll do another experience and will ask for them!! Communication with the company was great as well, Ruby replied our emails and assisted us with the payments. Don?t hesitate - you can trust their service.

INCREDIBLE EXCURSION 100/10 stars. My friends and i celebrated a bachelorette party and the experience was wonderful and seamless. Our tour guide Arturo and driver Hugo were so incredibly helpful and very sweet! Very professional and easy to spend the day with! We were able to Snorkel with turtles up close which was incredible and we even saw a stingray. Then we drove to the cenote which we basically had to ourselves and that was otherworldly. So serene, so pristine, and such a beautiful, natural environment. We ended the excursion at a very classic Mexican restaurant and had traditional food which tasted INSANELY DELICIOUS! service was great and prices were very fair! All in all a wonderful day we will all remember and such a special memory made

Private Sunrise Tour to Chichen Itza with Arturo. Arturo was an outstanding guide on our private sunrise express tour to Chichen Itza. We were picked up as promised a little before 6:00 am. Our driver Yosmar was professional and we felt safe in his capable hands. We arrived at 7:30 am and I asked Art to take our picture in front of the sign. He said if we didn?t do it then, it would be impossible later with the crowds and he was not wrong! I appreciate the tip as I really wanted a pic of us in front of the sign! While Art purchased our tickets we had a chance to use the restroom which was appreciated. There were just a few people in line so when they opened, we pretty much had the place to ourselves! It was an amazing site to see the Temple of Kukulc?n without hoards of people! We got some great pics as well. Art was a good communicator and had a binder of visuals to help bring the stories/information to life. We visited all three of the main architectural areas based on construction styles and periods and never had issues with crowds etc. We inquired about a quick bite to eat and Art had a couple of suggestions, one being to stop along the way and try an authentic Mexican pork sandwich made fresh while we waited. We did this and were not disappointed! This private sunrise tour is the way to go! I liked being on our own schedule, not having to battle crowds and having a personal guide that was able to answer any questions we had and go at our pace. Thank you Art for making our time in Chichen Itza educational and memorable!

What an amazing excursion ? truly the highlight of our trip! Christina and Ivan picked us up from our hotel right on time, and from that moment on everything was seamless. Our first stop was the Tulum ruins, where Christina gave an incredible tour. She explained the history and architecture in such a fun, engaging way that we learned a ton while also having a great time. After that, we headed to the Taak Bi Ha Cenote, and this part was unforgettable. Christina guided us through the cenote with snorkeling gear, even taking us safely into some of the cave entrances. She kept us informed, comfortable, and always safe ? which is so important with all the cave formations. We enjoyed a delicious lunch at Juanita?s restaurant, then made our way to Akumal Bay to snorkel with sea turtles. Christina and our bay guide, Anna, took us out where we saw dozens of turtles, plus a stingray and even a barracuda! From start to finish, the day was perfectly planned, super fun, and absolutely memorable. Highly recommend!
