Fantastic trip to Cichen Itza, well worth the early start. We don?t usually do guided tours but so glad we did this. The company communicated well throughout, the guide Cyril was very informative and had the right balance of professionalism and friendliness. We literally missed the crowds and were first people in. We didn?t do the cenotes as we were staying near some so did this ourselves, but well worth an add on if you cannot do independently.

Amazing tour with incredibly knowledgeable guide (Eddy)! We had an absolutely wonderful experience on our private tour with Eddy and Hugo, and I can?t recommend them highly enough. Eddy is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating, with a great sense of humor that made the entire day fun and relaxed. He truly has a gift for connecting with people and tailoring the experience to his guests. This was a custom private tour for our family, including two young children, and Eddy went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable, engaged, and enjoying themselves. He paced the tour perfectly, explained the history of El Rey in an interesting and accessible way, and made the cenote visit absolutely magical. He was patient, attentive, and always mindful of what would work best for our kids, which made the experience stress-free for us as parents. Hugo was an excellent driver?professional, friendly, and made us feel completely safe throughout the day. Transportation was smooth and comfortable, which made a big difference when traveling with little ones. Thanks to Eddy?s personality, expertise, and thoughtful planning, this tour was not only educational but truly memorable. Cenote Extravaganza! This was my first visit to a cenote and it was absolutely fabulous!! My favorite part was snorkeling to an actual bat cave!! Arturo and his driver were both wonderful! Arturo was full of knowledge of the area and was extremely kind and flexible! I would highly recommend him as your guide. He won?t disappoint!!

Magical Maya Our day exploring Mayan ruins and swimming in two cenotes was fabulous. Our guide Josh was knowledgeable and great at answering our questions. Biking through the jungle to the ruins added another level of fun. We swam in two underground cenotes for a magical experience. Our group ages ranged from 5 to 69 and Josh accommodated us all. Lunch at a local restaurant was delicious. Our driver Javi was very kind and drove us safely.

Perfect day We were beyond pleased with Absolute Adventure! Josh and Javi took us on a Coba and Cenote tour and the day was perfect! Pick up was on time. Josh, our guide, was knowledgeable and helpful at all the destinations. He brought a tablet with some great visual references for us to see at the Coba archeological site as well as verbally telling us about the site and the Mayan culture. He got many group pictures of us at the best sites. Coba Cenotes were magical. The company provided everything we needed for the day - and the company's list of what to bring with you was spot on! Listen to them 🙂 Lunch destination was delicious and ordered ahead by our guide so it was very efficient and quick. I would 100% recommend Absolute Adventure and give a 6 out of 5 star rating to Josh and Javi.

Amazing Mexico Excursion! This tour was absolutely fantastic. From the moment of booking, I received clear communication by email, confirming our trip, explaining what to bring. Ruby was extremely quick to respond and even changed my reservation when I accidentally booked the wrong date. They kindly nudged us to leave a little earlier which helped us beat all the crowds. It was 100% the right choice. We had a 3 experience tour: Tulum Mayan Ruins, Dos Ojos Cenote, and Akumal Bay Turtle swim. Joshua and Pablo arrived on time in a clean, spacious, and very comfortable private van. Everything about our day was exceptional. Josh was engaging, attentive, and perhaps one of the best guides we?ve ever had. He was deeply knowledgeable, giving the right amount of history, geography, science, and safety, while keeping everything so fun. He took care of all the details for every place we went. It was tailored perfectly to our large active family, and literally no detail was left out, including all gear (even wetsuits were provided for our comfort) and cold water and beverages in the van. It was truly one of the best guided excursions we?ve ever done (and we?ve traveled the world). First class service all the way. Thanks Josh and Absolute Adventure Mexico. I would highly recommend.

Private tour, dedicated driver and knowledgeable guide, what else to ask? Our guide Juan was fantastic. I originally picked 2 xenotes, but when he came picked us up and saw we had 2 small children, he made a suggestion for us to change one of the xenote, which I'm very glad we did. There is also a dedicated driver for us. The trip wasn't cheap by any means but definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

Fun and beautiful! JJ was fantastic! His knowledge and friendliness made for a fabulous time in the cenotes. The pick up was on time and the drinks, equipment etc were exactly as promised.

Chichen Itza & Ek Balam Tour We did a private tour of both sites. Cristina was an amazing tour guide, and Enrique was the best driver. Christina was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and adjusting the tour to a pace that suited our family. We've done group excursions before and this private tour beat them all. An amazing experience and we hope to see Christina again the next time we come out.

Sea Turtle Encounter We had booked a tour to go snorkeling on the reef, but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate, so Clair offered us this tour instead. We once again had Cristina as our tour guide. She is the very best, and anyone who books a tour with Absolute Adventure should ask for her! The water was a little cloudy due to the aforementioned weather, but we still got to see some turtles and a bunch of different fish. We then went to an amazing cenote. I cant remember which one it was but it had the clearest waters we had ever seen and was amazing to swim and snorkel in. Altogether a wonderful experience!

Coba/Cenotes Tour Juan was super helpful and made sure everyone was comfortable including our pregnant family member. It was great having Juan get us through all the entrances with no extra cost and making it a smooth experience. Would highly recommend!

Highlight of our trip! We had an incredible time on our private tour led by Alex and Ivan. Booking and communication were easy and clear, and pickup was right on time in a comfortable van stocked with a cooler of drinks. On the drive to Tulum, Alex shared fascinating history about Tulum and the Mayans?so engaging that even our teenage daughters put their phones down to listen and learn. Tulum itself was beautiful, and Alex set the perfect pace for our family. We then headed to Dos Ojos Park, where we enjoyed a fantastic lunch. My vegan husband was thoughtfully accommodated, and the kids declared the quesadillas the best they?ve ever had. The true highlight of the tour was the cenotes. Alex described several of his favorites and let us choose, and we selected the one with underwater lily pads. It was the most beautiful place I?ve ever seen?truly magical. We finished the day in Akumal snorkeling with sea turtles. While conditions were a bit challenging with choppy water and limited visibility, our guide ensured we still saw dozens of turtles, along with rays and beautiful reef, coral, and fish. Alex took care of every detail throughout the day, so we never had to worry about a thing and could simply enjoy our time together as a family. I can?t recommend this tour highly enough.

An incredible day!!! Thank you Juan, we had a wonderful day. What incredible memories we will take back with us to France! Coba, what a wonderful surprise to learn that we would be able to climb the pyramid on this first day of reopening after six years! Our guide provided interesting and varied explanations, always with a smile. Then we headed to the cenotes for a refreshing and superb swim!! And finally, lunch in a typical restaurant, perfect for this day!!!!

Incredible Private Cenote Experience The private cenote tour was an incredible experience from start to finish, and it was made exceptional by our fantastic guide, Josh, and our smooth driver, Omar. As soon as we were picked up Josh immediately provided a detailed overview of the trip, giving us all the necessary information about the driving distance, the plan, and what to expect at each location. He also gave fantastic recommendations as to the features of the different cenotes to determine which we would like to visit. The pacing of the tour was perfect for getting the best experience at two different cenotes. We had all the relevant equipment provided to us, including life vest and snorkeling equipment. Josh was an incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide, leading us through the first cenote and sharing information about the geology and history of these natural wonders. After the guided experience, we loved that we were given the freedom to explore and enjoy the second cenote at our own pace.

Adventure day! Cristina and Omar knew all the best places and kept us just in front of the crowds. Wonderful adventure to Tulum ruins, a cenote, and the turtle sanctuary. As a private guided tour we were well taken care of. You could feel the fun that Cristina was having and it was impossible to not have a good time too.

Best tour ever! Worth every penny. We were a group of 12 extended family members from ages 11-70. Every age enjoyed the tour. Alejandro and Antonio were very friendly and seemed happy to be there. Alejandro was our guide and he was very knowledgeable about Tulum and Cenotes. The ride from our resort in Cancun to Tulum went by quickly because he taught us a lot about the history. We opted to start with a 7am pickup instead of the recommended 6am time and I can see why they suggest to start early. While it worked great for us, I wouldn?t have wanted to be any later. We mostly stayed in front of the crowds and had very few people at the Cenote, which was nice. The humidity in Tulum was super high and we were really hot at 9am. By 10am, when we were leaving Tulum, we were all dripping with sweat and so excited to jump in the cenote. The Tulum tour was wonderful. The scenery was beautiful and Alejandro taught a lot about the history. The cenote was so refreshing! 11 of the 12 people in our group jumped off the platform into the water, which was really fun. They gave us all lifejackets with snorkel gear and a few waterproof flashlights. It was so amazing to see the formations under the water. We all loved it. After spending as much time as we wanted in the Cenote we changed into dry clothes and went to lunch. The restaurant was cute and local and delicious! The people were very friendly. We lucked out because it started to rain when we left the cenote. Driving back to our resort it rained really hard. The timing for everything was perfect. When booking this tour, we were considering renting a car and doing it on our own. I am SO happy we didn?t go that route. It would have been stressful and hard to navigate. Thank you Alejandro and Antonio for an amazing experience! We would recommend them to anyone looking to create memories with their family in Cancun.

Family fun trip Guides were very knowledgeable and very accommodating and flexible. We had our 9 year old and 6 year old and they made the tour interesting and fun for them. Kids absolutely loved the jaguar cenote zip line and platforms to jump off, highlight of our trip and highly recommend

Incredible cave snorkeling We had an amazing time visiting two Cenotes. Juan was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable, and he made our experience as good as it could be. Would definitely recommend!
