We went on 2 separate tours with this company and absolutely loved it. My mother and I were very well taken care of, the drivers were friendly and helpful and our guide for both tours, Arturo, was engaging, funny and very knowledgeable.

My husband and I did the Coba Ruins/Monkey Reserve tour with Juan today (11/30). Juan delivered hands-down the best interpretive tour I've ever experienced. Not only did he have a wealth of knowledge on the Mayan history in both the Reserve and Coba, but was more than happy and able to answer any and all questions about Mexican culture, politics, etc.

Juan and Pascual were nothing short of amazing. Juan was entertaining and adjusted to the family like he was a member of our unique family group. When my granddaughter was a little apprehensive about the underwater cave he led her through it while we explored on our own. She is 7 and was not bored one bit with this tour. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone!

We took two tours with Arturo and our driver Rodrigo - on both days they arrived promptly. Arturo was very informative and friendly. Drinks were provided and the days progressed at our own pace. Arturo took lots of photos of us and the sites we visited and these were emailed to us within a few days and was a nice added extra. We were delighted to be Arturo's first accredited guided tour and we would definitely recommend his service to anyone.The experiences do not cost much more than the tour companies trips but you travel in your own vehicle, with your own driver and guide for the whole day and is tailored to your own needs - so much better value!!!!Arturo was a lovely guy and made both of our trips very enjoyable. He was happy to chat about himself, was very open and he ended up feeling like a friend.Overall, an excellent experience!!!

What an amazing trip! Absolute adventure Mexico knows how to give a proper tour. Daniele our tour guide was so knowledgeable, friendly and fun to hang out with! If you want to have a fun and stress free trip I highly recommend Absolute Adventure Mexico!

Hello, had a tour last week with you agency. Artouro was wonderful. Very friendly and gave us a lot of great information regarding the Tulum ruins and the culture of Mexico. Loved the cenote and the extra attention he gave to our 12 year old grandson. The lunch was great also. We did not see many turtles (only 2) but that was no one’s fault- nature played the role here. The young man who helped us in the water was wonderful and felt bad we didn’t see more.The driver was great also. Thank you for a great day. FYI- we returned to Maine USA with snow on the ground and 27 degrees. We miss Mexico already!

This was such an amazing tour and a highlight of our trip to Mexico in November. Arturo was our guide and he was so informative in regards to the cenote and many other things in Mexico! We were picked up on time and took the short journey to Dos Ojos where we were alone with no other tourists for probably the first 35-40 minutes of the tour. That to me is huge, most tourist attractions are always so crowded, so this was amazing. We trusted him and he allowed us time to explore and ask questions, there was never any rush. After our tour, we enjoyed a delicious meal and shot of tequila at the Mayan restaurant right near the cenote. My only regret is that we didn't swim another cenote or even sight see at Tulum. But there is always next time! I highly recommend Absolute Adventure, they provide honest, quality, fabulous tours!

My sister and I had a wonderful half day tour of the Mayan ruins in Tulum and swam/snorkelled in a stunning cenote. Our tour guide Claire was friendly, professional and polite and was very knowledgeable sharing lots of interesting facts throughout the tour. She responded promptly to my queries on whatsapp - made the decision easy for us. We were picked up from our hotel in Tulum in a very comfortable air conditioned minivan with complimentary drinks. The highlight was swimming peacefully in a stunning cenote. This was followed by a lunch prepared by a local Mayan family. Great being able to support locals. Highly recommend!

Excellent tour! We were picked up at our place first thing in the morning and got to the cenote when there weren’t any other people. Our guide was really nice and very accommodating. He took us through the two main Cenotes and the bat caves. It’s a tight squeeze to get to bat caves but so worth it. This is my second cenote and I’m so glad I did this one! And the tour guide was great!

They were short on atv’s that day so we rode with two other couples and a different guide but Arturo met back up with us for the zip lines. It was just a really fun experience to be swimming in a cenote one minute and zip lining through the trees the next. Definitely recommend for couples, friends, and families! Thanks Arturo!

Excellent guide and driver,Arturo was very knowledgeable as well as the guides at Tulum and coba. We really enjoyed the trip and loved learning about the Mayan culture. We were looked after very well throughout the whole trip and would highly recommend absolute adventure especially when traveling with young children.

My wife and I booked the Tulum / Coba trip with Absolute Adventures, and added a cenote visit as well. Right from the start, all of our interactions with Absolute Adventures were first rate, starting with the communications I had with Claire, the owner. She was prompt, thorough and extremely courteous in all of our email exchanges.Our positive experiences continued when we met our tour guide, Juan, and our driver for the day, Ervin. I'm not sure how Absolute Adventure's other guides and drivers are, but we couldn't have been happier with the experience we had Juan and Ervin. They picked us up at 7:00 a.m. on the dot, as promised, and from the moment we met them, we couldn't have felt more comfortable. Juan was funny, entertaining, and extremely easy to talk to, not to mention his seeming encyclopedic knowledge of Tulum, Coba and the cenotes that we visited. Ervin was a bit more quite, focusing on the driving as he should. Still very polite and friendly though. The van we rode in for the day was extremely clean and comfortable, and the place we stopped for lunch was charming, authentic, and had great food. Juan joined us for lunch, and our conversation made us feel like we'd been friends with him forever. We talked a lot about our families and shared a lot of laughs and great stories. It was readily apparent that Juan's parent's raised him right when he stopped the van in the middle of our trip to help a man in a wheelchair that was struggling to get up a hill. I couldn't have been more impressed with Juan the tour guide, but I was probably even more impressed with Juan the person. Oh...and Tulum, Coba and the cenotes were awesome too!We've booked a fair amount of tours over the years, and the day that Absolute Adventures provided us ranks right at the top of the list. Thanks Claire, Ervin and especially Juan for a a great day. We couldn't have picked a better tour! or tour company!!

This trip was one of the best I’ve ever done, anywhere! Our guide, Arturo, was a perfect gent and really friendly and knowledgable. The highlight was swimming in the crystal clear waters of a cenote - amazing. The tour around Tulum was marred a little by torrential rain and high winds, so we didn’t spend quite as long there as I would have liked. All in all, highly recommended!
