I highly recommend this tour! First of all, it's a private tour which means you're not sitting on a crowded bus surrounded by heaps of other people. Once you've gone private, there's no going back. Instead of feeling rushed, our tour guides encouraged us to take it easy and relax and move from each activity totally at our own pace. There was no set time frame for us to get home, it was whatever we wanted - it was amazing! We were picked up on time and entertained for the entire day - our guides were so awesome, my stomach hurt from laughing. Our guides set the pickup time for 7am so we could get to Cenote Dos Ojos before a million other people, and it was so worth it to have that beautiful cenote all to ourselves for a while! Our guides took amazing underwater photos for us and were happy to chase us around with our GoPro the whole time. We were determined to get one particular photo and must have dived down 10 times until we got the shot - and there was our guide, totally committed to taking the photo for us (what a legend). There are two cenotes to explore at Dos Ojos, and we even had time to squeeze in a third cenote. We jumped from high platforms into cenotes, snorkelled with the fishes, swam into the bat cave and were surrounded by a million bats (you can't enter this cave without a guide), had an amazing lunch onsite and did shots of tequila. Dos Ojos itself is so beautiful - just google it and it's exactly like that in real life. I can't thank our guides enough for making this day so memorable for us. They were so personable and friendly. The company provides wetsuits, snorkels and lifejackets, if needed. I suggest just wearing your swimmers all day and bringing a towel and flip flops. Don't forget an underwater camera or GoPro!

I highly recommend absolute adventure to anyone who is visiting Cancun, playa del Carmen, Tulum etc. This was the best tour we had ever been. It’s was 5 adults and our tour guide was Juan. He is very knowledge, accommodating and understanding. We have an excellent experience. You will not regret using this company.

We had an amazing time on our tour with Juan. We loved that it was a private tour which meant that we didn't have to worry about stopping at other resorts or fighting for time with the tour guide. It was amazing to get to Tulum so early, before masses of people showed up. Juan even took pictures for us as we walked around and learned about Tulum. We opted for the cave/underground cenote and it was incredible. Juan was a patient and thoughtful guide throughout our snorkeling experience. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect trip!

We decided to do this private tour to Tulum and Akumal bay. We were lucky to get the best tourgide. We had the most amazing tour with Arturo who showed us the most important places on the ruins and told us lots about the Mayan history. He was in a good mood for the whole morning and we felt very comfortable travelling along with him and his driver Ervin, who was the first driver we had we felt save with.

This tour was the best part of our trip! We had a group of 10 and were able to get a personalized tour with a fun and educational guide. We were taken to the best spots around and learned so much! These guys make the day tons of fun. Best tour in Mexico, hands down! Can't wait to return and do more!

This trip really was the highlight of our holiday - thank you ever so much to Arturo for tailoring it so well for us 🙂 Having the cenote Tak Be Ha all to ourselves was the most magical experience we've ever had!

SO.MUCH.FUN. Firstly, I want to mention our tour guide and driver who very impressively did not loose their minds with 8 American women (well i'm Spanish), while on their bacholorette party in Mexico - cliche I know. So seriously, a huge round of applause for Arturo our tour guide and our driver whom unfortunately I forgot his name! They were the best! And did not even flinch when I picked up a random puppy I found on our lunch venue and brought it to the table LOL cue in all the awwwws. Now to the trip! We snorkeled with some turtles - fyi I have never been snorkeling in my life and even I could do it! Swam in 2 cenotes one inside a cave/ one outside, went to some Mayan ruins, and then Tulum. Aside from having a ridiculous amount of fun, Arturo was incredibly knowledgable, friendly, made us feel safe, and was just a great tour guide all around! Giving us tips, information and local tidbits. Best day ever!!! Hola Arturo, espero que estes bien! Saludos de parte de todas de Nueva York!

Excellent private day trip to Tulum and the Cenote's. Arturo was an excellent guide - really helpful and friendly throughout the whole day. Beautiful snorkelling in the Cenote's - would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent private day trip to Tulum and the Cenote's. Arturo was an excellent guide - really helpful and friendly throughout the whole day. Beautiful snorkelling in the Cenote's - would thoroughly recommend.

Our guide Juan was wonderful. He made us feel safe but was totally fun. The fact they take pictures for you and give them to you for free is amazing. I am terrible at pictures so this was perfect for us. We could enjoy the moment without being distracted by trying to get the perfect picture. I would highly recommend this tour service and Juan. And our driver was great too.

We had an excellent private tour with Absolute Adventure. We left our resort early (5:30am) and made it to Chichen Itza by 8:30am, before the sun became too hot. We had a great tour of the ruins with our extremely knowledgeable tour guide. The ruins were fascinating and a once in a lifetime experience. From there we travelled a few minutes away to swim in breathtaking cenotes Samula and Xkeken. Lastly, we had one of the best meals I've ever had at a small authentic Mexican restaurant in the colonial city of Valladolid before doing some final shopping. Our guide Manuel thought of everything. He not only took amazing photos of us and the tour, but he also had cold water available for us throughout the day, snacks for when we were hungry and snorkels for us to use in the cenotes. He even lent us pesos to use to buy souvenirs from the vendors near the ruins, as we forgot our money in the van. Our whole week in Cancun was perfect, we feel that this day was hands down the best part of our trip. We will definitely recommend this tour and company to our family and friends!

Great family trip! I would definitely recommend Absolute Adventures to anyone wanting a guided Mexican adventure. We got to see the country and everything went very smoothly, from pickup to drop off and everything in between. It met and exceeded all of our expectations. Arturo (our guide) was friendly and personable and his english was excellent. He was really knowledgable about Chichen Itza and any other general questions we had during our ride out there and time in the city for lunch. An added bonus that comes with the tour was the pictures Arturo took while we toured Chichen Itza and swam in 2 cenotes and had lunch. Just received them in an email after we arrived back home. What a wonderful reminder of a great trip and would highly recommend Absolute Adventures to anyone and everyone.

My family and I had the best day on this adventure. They were on time to pick us up early from the hotel. We did a private tour to Tulum and Coba with a Mayan lunch provided in the cost. Manuel was an excellent tour guide, he made the Griffin’s feel so welcome and like a long lost friend! My mom, brother, dad and myself all did this tour. Don Manuel was a great driver and super kind! Our stuff was safe in the car because of him, he waited while we went and did the tour. It felt like we had been friends with Manuel and Don Manuel for years! They pick you up early and we finished Tulum by 9:30, we beat a huge rush of people that were in line when we left. It was a very educational and fun experience! The Mayan lunch afterwards was a great treat as well. They provided water and other beverages, this company and its employees take the best care of you!

My experience was absolutely amazing! The cenotes were breathtaking, and the ruins of Tulum really resonated with me. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Our guide Arturo was highly knowledgeable, he always had answers to any questions I had throughout our trip. I highly recommend any tour with Absolute Adventures!

Our group of 9 girls on a bachelorette trip had the MOST incredible experience on an all-day tour with Arturo and Juan Manuel! We started the morning from Playa del Carmen and went off for snorkeling with sea turtles, then visited a cave cenote and an open cenote, had a delicious lunch, had a tour of some jungle areas and Mayan ruins, AND Claire even arranged for our guides to drop us off at a dinner reservation we really wanted to experience in Tulum and then take us back to our hotel. It was a FULL day and they really worked hard to make sure we were able to do all of the things we wanted to do. Arturo was SO patient with all of us girls in taking our many photos, helping us find a place to change for dinner, and answering our questions, and he had so much great insight to share about every place we went to all day. Our group of friends will always remember this as one of our best days, not only on this trip, but ever!! I would absolutely recommend Absolute Adventure without hesitation and it will be the best decision you make for any trip!

We did two separate tours; one was the three cenotes with Claire. She is great and knows so much about the Mayan culture and cenotes themselves. The other tour was one cenote, ATV ride through the jungle, ands tree top zip line led by Manuel and Rodrigo. These guys are great. So friendly and encouraging. The beauty of the places we visited speaks for itself to be sure. What stands out is the Absolute Adventure experience for their professionalism, knowledge, great attitude, and fun.

In the summer of 2014 for my youngest daughter graduation vacation at Barcelo Colonial and Tropical, my self and oldest daughter Ana _Maria we went to visit the ruins of the faimos Tulum.

They where so amazing, not to mention very professional , safety was mandatory, incredibly curtesy.... having said that, ...... all of the business related stuff lol our guide was so knowledgeable and funny and personable and silly and great he was for the most part our first real contact with Mexico. He was on top of it from beginning to end the best thing I can say is we will use them again and

We did the private Tulum and Cenote swim tour (with the Muyil ruins added on) with Absolute Adventures Mexico on 28 June. The cenote that we visited was Nicte Ha and the addition of Muyil ruins was worth it as this was a less visited site and offered a slightly different experience to Tulum.

The entire experience was wonderful! Not only was the staff extremely accommodating helping me fix my dates prior to arrival but the guides were amazing! They answered all of our questions about our excursion! The tour was beautiful and I felt completely comfortable during our visit! The next time we visit Mexico I will definitely book are excursion through Absolute Adventure Mexico!!
