One of the best things of our vacation! This private tour has ruined us for any group tours from here on out. Alex the tour guide and Omar the driver were the best dynamic duo! Alex was very knowledgeable and Omar was a very safe and steady driver! They picked up us on time, plenty of community and confirmation through WhatsApp days before, and never rushed us during the whole trip. Would recommend 100%.

Our guides Dulce and Arturo were fantastic. Great mix of history and local knowledge. Kept us engaged. Cenote was very nice and refreshing. Arturo was awesome! Very courteous and caring. Would totally recommend! Go Cowboys!

Absolute Adventure is a tremendous company- from communication and support prior to your tour to day of- they are on top of it. Our guide and driver were excellent. Our hotel did not have breakfast available before our tour so they offered to stop by a convenience store. Little details like this abound. We did the Tulum- Cenote-Sea Turtles tour. We learned a lot about Tulum, got some phenomenal photos and avoided the crowds. Our guide helped find the right cenote for our group- it was beautiful and peaceful and he even stayed with our son who was too nervous to get in the water. If you have a little one and you are worried about taking a tour- go with this company. They will make sure you are in good hands. The lunch in the jungle next to the cenote was delicious. I can’t recommend this company enough!

We had an amazing day with our tour guide Dulce and our driver Omar. We went to the Tulum ruins where Dulce was very knowledgeable in explaining the Mayan history. After that we went swimming in a beautiful cenote and had lunch at an authentic Mayan restaurant. Then we finished at Akumal bay where we got to snorkel with sea turtles and manta rays before heading back to our resort. I can’t wait to use Absolute Adventure for our next Mexico tour!

The experience was exceptional. We went to Tulum ruins, swam with turtles and went snorkeling in cenote. Wonderful and knowledgeable tour guide (Arturo), right balance and flexibility, great company. Thank you.

This was an excellent tour and I would highly recommend it. Our tour guide Juan was the best and made this adventure a memorable one. I was with a group of 19 people and Juan not only kept the group together all the time, he was able to keep us on time to each of the destinations we needed to get to. Juan was very knowledgable about each location's history. He kept the talks short and fun and answered any questions we had. Our group had two shuttle vans equipped with snacks and drinks. The shuttle picked our group up from our AirBnb early in the morning to make it to our first stop the Chichen Itza Ruins. Juan knew how to time everything so we would beat the crowds! After the ruins we went to a Cenote. We stayed there until everyone got hungry and it started getting busy. After the Cenote we had lunch at a nice restaurant in Valladolid. Following lunch we had time to explore the city of Valladolid by foot. This was our last destination before heading back to our Airbnb. Again thanks to Juan, the shuttle drivers and the Absolute Adventure Mexico Group for making this trip amazing. It was very organized and fun!

We LOVED our Chichen Itza tour and would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone! It was an incredible day and was exactly what we were looking for. Hands down, the highlight of the trip had to be our Tour Guides Alex and Omar.

My sister and I went on a private tour to the ruins and had originally booked a tequila tasting. The morning of the tour we were not feeling quite up to a bunch of tequila so we asked our guide, Arturo, if it would be possible to switch to go to a cenote instead. Arturo was so accommodating and was able to change for us. We had an amazing time touring the ruins, swimming in the cenote, and having a great lunch afterwards. Arturo was super knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, and most of all delightful to spend time with. We would for sure book another tour (and request Arturo) on our next trip to Tulum!!!

We had an amazing time on our tour of Coba and the nearby cenotes! Our guide Juan was not only informative and super knowledgeable about ruins and Mayan culture, but went above and beyond to make sure the whole experience was so much fun. We were picked up on time by Juan and our driver Carlos and on the way to the ruins learned about the region and its history. We were some of the first people at Coba and got to ride through the jungle on bikes by ourselves. Then we went to two cave cenotes nearby where we were the only people swimming — something we'll never forget. Lunch afterwards at a nearby restaurant was delicious. We had the best time and would not hesitate to recommend booking with this company!

We did the Reef Snorkeling in Puerto Morelos and it was absolutely wonderful. Booking was easy and someone reached out to me right away to answer any questions. They picked up us at our resort and our van driver was kind and polite. We got on a boat in Puerto Morelos and snorkeled in two wonderful locations. There were no other groups in the locations they took us, and we were able to see so many cool things. The real star of the tour was the staff. Our van driver was awesome, our boat captain was so sweet and funny, our snorkeling guide was helpful and was great at pointing things out we definitely would have missed, and our main guide (Juan) was charismatic, interesting, informative, and just so fun to be around. I have don’t a lot of snorkeling and diving tours all over and the service and team for this tour was probably the best I’ve ever experienced.

Booked a private cenote tour with Alex and Omar. We got to the first cenote and we’re the only people there! Went on to another cenote and had lunch at a wonderful, traditional spot. It was a spectacular experience. Omar was a safe driver and Alex was extremely knowledgeable about the history and creation of the cenotes as well as the Mayan culture. HIGHLY recommend! Thank you for a lovely experience.

We had an excellent experience with Absolute Adventure. Our tour guide Juan is incredibly knowledgeable and hospitality. When we first arrived at the Tulum ruins, he brought us to the viewpoint and took the photos without the crowd. After that, he walked through the Mayan culture with us. He had a booklet with him that included some pictures to help us better understand. His explanation was easy and clear to understand. Meanwhile, he took many high-quality photos of us. The two cenotes he recommended to us was fantastic. Our tour driver is also very professional and caring. He prepared drinks in the car and snorkelling equipment when we arrived at the cenotes. He is also very polite and gentlemanly. It is my unforgettable tour experience in Cancun. Thank you, guys!

After a lot of research we booked this private tour and it was a great choice. Omar picked us up and Alex was our guide. Alex has so much knowledge of the cenotes and history of everything Tulum, from the Mayan’s and more. We got very lucky that we were the only ones at the dos ojos cenote that day. Alex prepped us well and again was a blast to explore and learn with. The lunch was great as well. Alex spoke great English which helped us as we have minimal Spanish speaking experience. Overall amazing experience!

My boyfriend and I had a great experience with Absolute Adventure. We thank Carlos our driver andAlex our tour guide. Alex was great in showing us around, has so much knowledge, we learned alot about Mayan culture and Tulum Ruins. Loved Tulum and history behind it. Alex also gave us alot of tips where to eat and so on and was nice enough to take photos of us. Then we chose to go to one of Cenotes, Niche-Ha. The water was great, we got to relax and enjoy it. Lunch was great and we ended our trip seeing turtles at Akumal! We recommend Absolute adventure 🙂
