Absolute Adventure Mexico
We did the Reef Snorkeling in Puerto Morelos and it was absolutely wonderful. Booking was easy and someone reached out to me right away to answer any questions. They picked up us at our resort and our van driver was kind and polite. We got on a boat in Puerto Morelos and snorkeled in two wonderful locations. There were no other groups in the locations they took us, and we were able to see so many cool things. The real star of the tour was the staff. Our van driver was awesome, our boat captain was so sweet and funny, our snorkeling guide was helpful and was great at pointing things out we definitely would have missed, and our main guide (Juan) was charismatic, interesting, informative, and just so fun to be around. I have don’t a lot of snorkeling and diving tours all over and the service and team for this tour was probably the best I’ve ever experienced.

Booked a private cenote tour with Alex and Omar. We got to the first cenote and we’re the only people there! Went on to another cenote and had lunch at a wonderful, traditional spot. It was a spectacular experience. Omar was a safe driver and Alex was extremely knowledgeable about the history and creation of the cenotes as well as the Mayan culture. HIGHLY recommend! Thank you for a lovely experience.

We had an excellent experience with Absolute Adventure. Our tour guide Juan is incredibly knowledgeable and hospitality. When we first arrived at the Tulum ruins, he brought us to the viewpoint and took the photos without the crowd. After that, he walked through the Mayan culture with us. He had a booklet with him that included some pictures to help us better understand. His explanation was easy and clear to understand. Meanwhile, he took many high-quality photos of us. The two cenotes he recommended to us was fantastic. Our tour driver is also very professional and caring. He prepared drinks in the car and snorkelling equipment when we arrived at the cenotes. He is also very polite and gentlemanly. It is my unforgettable tour experience in Cancun. Thank you, guys!

Alex has so much knowledge of the cenotes and history of everything Tulum, from the Mayan’s and more. We got very lucky that we were the only ones at the dos ojos cenote that day. Alex prepped us well and again was a blast to explore and learn with. The lunch was great as well. Alex spoke great English which helped us as we have minimal Spanish speaking experience. Overall amazing experience!

My boyfriend and I had a great experience with Absolute Adventure. We thank Carlos our driver andAlex our tour guide. Alex was great in showing us around, has so much knowledge, we learned alot about Mayan culture and Tulum Ruins. Loved Tulum and history behind it. Alex also gave us alot of tips where to eat and so on and was nice enough to take photos of us. Then we chose to go to one of Cenotes, Niche-Ha. The water was great, we got to relax and enjoy it. Lunch was great and we ended our trip seeing turtles at Akumal! We recommend Absolute adventure 🙂

We did the cenote and tequila tasting tour - what a BLAST! We had so much fun and we’re very well taken care of by our guide Arturo. He was very knowledgeable in both the cenotes and tequila tasting. Couldn’t recommend this company more!

We had a great time with Absolute Adventure Mexico. Our tour guide was Arturo. He was super friendly and knowledgable. We did an early morning tour and it was worth avoiding the crowds. We had the first cenote to ourselves. I feel like the price we paid was more than worth what we got. We would 100% go back to the cenotes and have him as our guide! We look forward to another visit.

My friends and I had the best day with Arturo as our guide and Omar as a our driver. Everything was organized, clean and safe. We snorkeled in Akumal Bay and swam in a beautiful Cenote that we had all to ourselves. Awesome Mexican lunch to end the day! Private tour was totally worth it! Outstanding!

I recently went on a cenote private tour and it was an absolutelyy stunning experience. The crystal clear water and natural beauty of the cenote were breathtaking, and Chris was knowledgeable and passionate about the history and ecology of the area. We were able to swim and explore the underground cave, which was a truly unique and unforgettable experience. If you're in tulum, I highly recommend visiting dos ojos and taking a tour with Chris

Don't even know where to start with this review! Wish we could give our guide Alex and driver Omar 10 stars! BEST TOUR EVER!!! The whole day was perfect!.We were picked up at our hotel at 7am. As Omar drove us to Tulum, Alex began sharing interesting facts and stories about the Mayan culture and people. When we arrived, it was as if we were the only ones there. It was great being there before the heat and the crowds. Alex was so knowledgeable about everything we were seeing, and he pointed out things we would have never noticed. The walk around the ruins was so beautiful and peaceful. After a very leasurely walk around the grounds we were driven through the jungle to Nicte-Ha Cenote. Again, we were the only ones there except for some scuba divers who came out from the caves as we were snorkeling. The water was clear, cool and so refreshing. Again, we stayed as long as we wanted and we never felt hurried. On the way out of the jungle we were treated to a delicious lunch at a tiny family-owned restaurant.

We had a great tour on Sept. 9. Dulce & Carlos took us to Tulum ruins, a swim at a Sonote and lunch. Such a good experience and Dulce was a fountain of information. She knows so much history and is a very good tour guide and took such great care of us. Carlos is a careful and safe driver. We highly recommend them and hope we can come back for another tour if we visit Mexico again!!!

My party took this tour with Carlos & Alex G. We had a great time. They went above and beyond what we had expected. The cenotes were amazing, pictures don't even do them justice. Our resort was north of Cancun and not included in the resort list on the website. I reached out to Absolute Adventure and for an additional transportation fee (understandably) they accommodated us. I highly recommend this tour with Carlos & Alex.

We had an amazing day with our driver Carlos and tour guide Alex G visiting Dos Ojos! The cenotes are so beautiful, it’s hard the believe that the water is that clear. Alex was really knowledgeable about the cenotes and the Mayan Communities and culture, and did a wonderful job showing us around and taking care of us. The Mayan lunch was delicious as well! I would highly encourage anyone going Cancun to make a private to check out the cenotes and ask for Alex as your guide.

This was the best choice we made while in Mexico. Having a private tour to Talum, swimming in a cenote and swimming was amazing. What made it better was our driver Omar and guide Alex. Highly recommend a private tour with them.

This was an amazing day! Alex the tour guide and Rodrigo the driver were so fun and made the trip! It was great to get to Tulum early before the crowds and Alex was so knowledgeable of the history and architecture. The Cenotes were beautiful and probably my favorite part of the trip. Alex made sure we were comfortable with our snorkeling gear and swam with us to point different things out. Swimming with the Turtles was awesome too and again Alex made sure we were safe and having fun. The Mayan lunch was also delicious! Would highly recommend this company and Alex and Rodrigo!

Juan and Omar are fantastic, and the tour was just as all the reviews said it would be - amazing. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and also just interesting to speak to. The personalized tour was amazing and really private because Juan knew when to take us everywhere. We had the entire cenote to ourselves. The lunch was the best we had in our entire stay. Thank you very much for the memories!!

Our tour guide Dulce was really nice and knowledgeable. Dulce picked us up from the Hilton in a van with a driver who stayed while we visited Tulum and a Cenote. They provided lunch as well as waters and cola in between stops. We had a great time! Highly recommend this tour company.
