This tour was by far the best thing about our trip. We had excellent communication from the start with Claire. Omar was our driver who was prompt and waiting for us at every stop. Arturo was our tour guide and he was fantastic. First stop was the Mayan ruins crowded but Arturo was able to navigate our family away from the crowds and made the experience so much fun. He was informative and interesting for our whole family which included 4 teenagers. The scenery was breathtaking and Arturo was happy to take any pictures for us. Next stop was the cenote in the jungle. This was such a unique experience. Arturo even managed to get my husband in the water who doesn't usually swim at all which has made this such a fond memory for our children. My husband has even started swim lessons since we have returned home! Thank you Arturo! Next stop was lunch which was delicious and then to Akumal to swim with the turtles. There were so many turtles!!! We all had a blast. I can't thank Arturo and Absolute Adventures enough for taking us on this amazing tour. We loved everything about this day.

Fantastic! Our guide Alex (& driver, Carlos) were just the best - took such good care of us. Very knowledgeable - offering just a complete & brilliant experience. Plus, having this as a private tour means on YOUR own time - nothing is rushed; need a few more mins here or less there, no problem. The cave Cenote is wonderful - I highly recommend that as your choice. Just a unique experience. The beach for snorkeling with turtles was a bit murky (& crowded), but can't control other tours or the weather! Still, got to see a bunch...

Our group of five had a wonderful, informative visit to Chichen Itza, a fun swim in a cenote, and a delicious lunch. We highly recommend booking. Our guide, Dulce, was excellent. She and Rodrigo, our trusty driver, shepherded us through the entire day so smoothly, from hotel pickup to drop-off. They handled all the details so we could just soak up the experiences. We learned a lot about the archeological site, and Dulce handled all our questions deftly. (Plus she was just fun to talk with 🙂 Reserving online and communication with company prior to tour was seamless. Don‚Äôt hesitate to book!

Our group of five had a wonderful, informative visit to Chichen Itza, a fun swim in a cenote, and a delicious lunch. We highly recommend booking. Our guide, Dulce, was excellent. Hundred percent the best option to see the ruins, swim, and lunch. The private tour allowed us to beat all the crowds and we had the ruins and cenote basically to ourselves. On the way out, the busses and people were pouring in. Juan, our guide was fantastic and his knowledge and humor was awesome. Omar was a great driver and we felt safe at all times. My wife and I and our 3 teenage children had am amazing experiences with a fabulous lunch. Could not recommend more.

The guide had very deep knowledge of the ruins. She brought a book along with her that was helpful to point things out as sometimes it was hard to see exactly what she was describing on the ruin itself.

Our driver, Omar and our guide, Juan J, treated us to such a delightful day. Juan J was so informative and really showed us what the ruin was used for and helped us understand that time in history. The cenote experience was magical. Don’t leave the area without experiencing one! We had the MOST delicious lunch in the colonial town of Valladolid and enjoyed wandering around the square. The van was comfy and we had a very special day to remember. They did all the work, accommodated our wants and we had all the fun! I would highly recommend Absolute Adventures!

We did the 3 in 1 Tulum ruins, swimming with the turtles and cenote. Our tour guide Juan was excellent! Very knowledgeable, and most importantly he was very personable and we had a great time with him as our tour guide.

Arturo was charismatic, patient, and fun. Great for families with older children. Clearly was familiar with the staff at all the events/activities he took us to.

Dulce and Gregorio are terrific! So knowledgeable about the ruins and the cenotes. Fantastic lunch. Swimming with sea turtles is such a terrific experience. This tour is totally worth it!

Alex G was a kind and knowledgeable tour guide. He was very attendant to the needs of my mother who was in a wheelchair. He answered all of my kids questions with enthusiasm and care. He spoke both English and Spanish which was very helpful for my kids who are still learning Spanish. Rodrigo was a great and safe driver. He was polite and helped my mom get in and out of van and onto her wheelchair. You can tell that both Alex and Rodrigo get along well and are a great team. Highly recommend this tour and guides/driver.
