That was simply an amazing experience, Alex (guide) was awesome , as was our first tour of a Cenote. if you haven?t done this before, you need to put this on your bucket list and make it happen. If you get to Playa, Del, Carmen, or anywhere nearby. Absolute adventures was fantastic to work with on all levels, and both our driver and guide were wonderful people, Alex at all times made sure that safety was a top priority, and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process,. The authentic Mayan lunch that we had after our tour was fantastic, everyone of my family members enjoyed it. We will definitely use Absolute Adventures for any future excursion, when we return to the area !

Dos Ojos Cenotes tour a must do activity! AMAZING private tour of Dos Ojos Cenotes ! Our guide ( Alex) couldn?t have been better . His knowledge of Mayan history and Cenotes made for a wonderful day . He made us feel completely comfortable, and safety was a priority as he guided us through the Cenotes . What a wonderful experience! Followed by a delicious, authentic Mayan lunch , which my entire family enjoyed. The professionalism and communications that Absolute Adventures provided were top notch . We will definitely use this company for future tours

Dos Ojos Cenotes tour a must do activity! AMAZING private tour of Dos Ojos Cenotes ! Our guide ( Alex) couldn?t have been better . His knowledge of Mayan history and Cenotes made for a wonderful day . He made us feel completely comfortable, and safety was a priority as he guided us through the Cenotes . What a wonderful experience! Followed by a delicious, authentic Mayan lunch , which my entire family enjoyed. The professionalism and communications that Absolute Adventures provided were top notch . We will definitely use this company for future tours

Highly recommend! Highly recommend Absolute Adventure Mexico. My family (myself, husband and our 2 teenage sons) did the Tulum - Cenote tour and the Chichen Itza - Vallodolid tours. We loved our tour guide Juan and our driver Enrique. We all had a great time and my older son said that the Chichen Itza trip was his favorite thing we did in Mexico. Juan was very knowledgable and able to answer all of our questions. He knew all of the best spots to get photos; we would do that first and then he would give us information about the sites we were visiting. Enrique was fantastic as well; we felt safe with him driving and leaving our belongings in the van. He was prompt whenever we needed to be picked up from our stops. It was so convenient to be picked up and dropped off directly from our hotel. We left the hotel early both days and Juan and Enrique were waiting at the appointed time. It is well worth it to leave early and get to the sites early. We were practically the first ones at Tulum and Chichen Itza and able to get photos without a bunch of people in the background. We had the beautiful cenote Nicte-Ha to ourselves most of the time we were there. Lunch on both tours was delicious and Juan's recommendations were spot on. I had initially booked the Tulum Express tour but modified it to add one cenote and lunch via email. Communication with Claire, the co-owner, was quick and seamless. Would definitely use this company again if we are back in the area!

Best honeymoon adventure We had Arturo as our guide and he was soooo nice and personable. We went on our honeymoon and were reluctant at first to do the adventure but it was so worth it. We did the Taak Bi Ha Cenote. Ask for Arturo.

Five stars!! This is the best way to see Chich?n Itz?! We got there early before all the crowds and got to enjoy the site when it was still peaceful. Alex was a very knowledgeable guide who provided us with thorough details about Maya culture and Chichen Itza. We were so grateful that he was with us so we didn?t have to worry about buying tickets, finding a good place to eat, or finding restrooms. Claire was very accessible and responsive when we needed to make last minute changes. We also went to Tulum, Cob?, and cenotes with Alex on another day of our trip and loved that day too. Omar and Rodrigo were very safe drivers, and we were happy to let them drive so we didn?t have to worry about renting a car, driving, or parking. Private tours with Absolute Adventures is the way to go. We will definitely use them if we go to Cancun again!

Great family experience Joshua was so patient with our family and provided great information on all the spots we visited but especially Chichen Itza. And our driver Rodrigo got us around safely and on time! I highly recommend starting EARLY. We left Playa del Carmen at 6:15 and arrived at Chichen Itza just before the gates opened at 8am. No lines! On our way out, a couple of hours later the line of vans and buses was sooo long. And the site was very crowded. And we got back to our hotel in time to shower and get ready for our dinner reservation. I also like that we could adjust our day as we went. We opted for more time at Chichen Itza and the Cenote (also very few people and GORGEOUS) and less time at Valladolid. I would highly recommend this tour!

We are all laid-back family from Alaska and had an absolutely incredible time. Alex was a friendly and talented guide with excellent and fluent English, and had really extensive knowledge of Mayan history; he was able to answer all of the questions that we had on this expedition and overall made for a great time. Gregorio was a safe and fantastic driver. 10/10 recommend if you are looking for more information about the history of this area and want a more personable experience. It was also great to have a van and someone to watch our things for us while we went exploring at the various locations. Highlight of our first trip to Mexico.

The ruins of Tulum were made extra special by Alex through all his stories. They were also constantly there to guide us during our trip to a cenote and snorkeling in Akumal. All very sincere and super friendly! Highly recommended!

I?ve used this company before for a cenote tour and scheduled them for Sac Actun. Once again, the company was fantastic. We enjoyed the tour and highly recommend them!

Wouldn't do Chichen Itza any other way Using Absolute Adventure for a Chichen Itza tour is a no-brainer. They get you there early and have a plan of attack that avoids lines and crowds as much as possible. We were appalled at the sea of humanity that was in line to get in as we were done for the day and leaving. Plus, we gained so much more knowledge than if we had been on our own.

We have done lots of tours while traveling, and Alex and Rodrigo were some of the best tour guides we have had. Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The Tulum, cenote, and turtle tour packs in a lot of activity (including lunch) so involves some logistics, and everything was very smooth. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Just like they promised! This was an incredible, personal, and educational experience. Enrique got us from place to place safely and Alex is an excellent guide. Knowledgeable and friendly. One can tell he really cares about the material and the beauty and wonder that the Mayan civilization represents. This also was NOT a tour that puts you in a position to visit stores or tequila tastings. Just exactly what they promise. The cenote is an amazing geological destination. Will definitely use Absolute Adventures again and highly recommend!

Private tour of Chichen Itza with Josh We had a private tour of Chichen Itza, Cenote, and Valladolid with Joshua. Incredibly nice tour guide. Very knowledgeable. In the morning, coffee and bread was included. Lunch was included, not too bad but small portions so beware of that. Snacks and beverages were included on bus. Our tour started at 6:30 am, recommend going early before the crowds. Definitely recommend Josh.

Great private tour of Chichen Itz? My husband, 16 year old daughter, and I went on a private tour of Chichen Itz? this week. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Mexico. Our guide, Joshua, was able to answer all our questions and made Mexican/Mayan history so interesting. You could tell he loved history and enjoyed sharing it with his clients. Even our teenager was 100% engaged in the experience. Our driver, Enrique, did an excellent job of making us feel safe on the road and kept our belongings safe while we walked around the sites. We didn?t think a big bus tour would have delivered nearly the same experience. Additionally, my husband walks with a walker, but Absolute Adventure was so accommodating and helpful that it was pretty easy for him to fully participate. I highly recommend!

Great day! Very pleased with this tour We chose the private tour of the Tulum ruins, our choice of cenote and snorkeling with sea turtles. Arturo and Omar picked us up right on time and we arrived at the Tulum ruins before the crowds (8am). Arturo was extremely knowledgable and explained so many things on the tour. We really learned quite a bit. After that, Arturo explained the three cenotes to choose from. We decided to go to Cenote Jajuar with ziplining and cliff jumping. We were pretty much the only people there so that was really nice. Arturo never hurried us along-he made it clear we could stay as long as we wanted. We had a very nice lunch at a local restaraunt and then headed to snorkel with the seat turtles. Once inside, Arturo set us up with a guide to take us out into the water. Very fun and unique experience-we were able to see several sea turtles with the help of the guide. Overall, a great day with an extremely knowledgable, easy going guide who let us go at our own pace and a friendly driver who made getting in and out of places convenient and easy! Highly recommend!
