Overall – this tour is ideal for first-timers like us who are not very good with large group tours. It hits the highlights of 2 sites and was catered to our level of interest and schedule. The photos included in the tour was a nice touch. This tour was just right and we enjoyed it a lot!

Incredible site with unbelievable history. Truly one of the great wonders of the world. This trip was made even more special by our guide, Juan. His knowledge and gifted personality made an amazing day even more remarkable.

We took a private tour to Tulum and Coba with Absolute. Juan, our guide, was awesome! I've been on several tours around the globe and can't imagine a more friendly and engaged tour guide. He was on time and went above and beyond every step of the way. He even stopped to buy my girlfriend a birthday ice cream! The sites were amazing too. We beat the rush at Tulum, nearly had the place to ourselves. Coba was great as well, especially the lunch spot! Unexpectedly, Juan took a ton of pictures throughout the tour for us and sent them over via email a few days later. I highly recommend Absolute Adventure Mexico, especially if you get Juan as your guide!

We took a private tour to Tulum and Coba with Absolute. Juan, our guide, was awesome! I've been on several tours around the globe and can't imagine a more friendly and engaged tour guide. we did the Turtles/Tulum tour with Abolute Adventure. Arturo, our guide, was very knowledgeable and made the trip fun.....on time, comfortable van, fully stocked with drinks, set us up with another excellent guide at Tulum and had everything ready our turtles swim with another guide. Made the trip very memorable for all of us including my nieces. I would highly recommend.

Ease of booking online, prompt replies and extremely informative, we were picked up from our hotel, and enjoyed two private trips with these guys, Coba and Punta Laguna where we were lucky enough to see Spider Monkeys and Howler Monkeys we zip lined over the lake, and the brave among us were lowered by rope into a cenote for a gentle swim, before the strenuous climb up a rope ladder! Fantastic fun. We throughly enjoyed a trip out to Rio Lagartos with a entertaining captain Chino! Witnessed all sort of wildlife and of course the fabulous Flamingos. And not forgetting our Driver who gave us enough confidence in his driving for us to have a snooze!

Chris was a great guide. Tour was excellent and well thought out. Sea turtles were amazing to see, a little more people around than I expected, but still well worth it.

We had an absolutely amazing adventure from start to finish with our private tour to Chichen Itza, swimming in a cenote and lunch and walking around Vallodolid! Claire was an incredible guide- She gave us so much info and patiently let us explore and ask questions about everything that we saw. They were punctual and friendly and we really enjoyed the 12 hours of the tour. I had a few questions before I booked and Claire answered them quickly. She was good about reaching out prior to the tour and was very easy to communicate with. The arrival at one minute until opening was perfectly timed so that we could get the best pictures of Chichen Itza and explore before it was too hot. She suggested the pick up time from our hotel so that we could get this accomplished and the day went perfectly. We almost had the cenote to ourselves and she took awesome pictures of our whole family. The lunch was delicious and it was great to be in authentic Mexican culture. We had our three children with us and they thoroughly enjoyed the entire day. We will absolutely use this company again on our future visits to explore other ruins, cenotes, and animal adventures. We have already recommended this to a few people and will continue to tell people about our excursion! Thank you for a fabulous day!

The tour was amazing!! They took us to Sian caan when people are not there. It was so peaceful and beautiful. The tour about culture was so interesting. Arturo speks English very well and explained them in detail. We really enjoyed it. We will definitely recommend this tour to our friends.

Booked this for my honeymoon. Juan was our guide for this, did xplorer park the day before for reference so we were pretty tired. Juan went at our own pace as we were slow to move along. The 1st stop was to the ruins which are quite a scene if you have never seen anything like this before it’s worth a look. There is a bit of a walk so wear comfortable shoes. They also provided refreshments immediately. After the ruins we stopped at the shops so if you forgot something you can get it there and save yourself a cab ride and fare beforehand. After the ruins we went to the cave cenote( I mentioned earlier I went to xplorer ) this by far was head and shoulders above anything I saw the day before. Water was refreshing and clean snorkeling gear was provided for use. We wrapped up the trip on my own schedule as he provided my and my new wife some alone time in the cave. Once we completed this we went to a nearby restaurant. The food was great and the best tacos I’ve had in Mexico so far. We took tons of photos and rode back comfortably. This is worth the money and exclusivity compared to the larger groups. If you value time this is a no brainer.

We had a difficult group with 2 toddlers, a 5 year old, a 9 year old and a 12 year old. The 2 year olds freaked out at Yal-Ku and were miserable. Our tour guide Juan was crazy helpful with my kids and even helped tow everyone back to shore when my kids couldn't swim anymore. The lunch in the jungle was absolutely amazing and we crazy picky about food. It was one of the best meals we had while in Mexico and the service was great as well. Overall we had a fantastic day and Juan's help and flexibility with my toddlers was invaluable.

We visited Tulum, 2 cenotes and Akumal on our 1st tour with Absolute. Visiting Tulum in the morning is the "Absolute" way to go! No crowds! Snorkeling at the 2 cenotes were not crowded and both were amazing with different personalities! The cavernous cave was a spectacular experience. Swimming/snorkeling with the turtles at Akumal was surreal! And, yes, you WiLL see turtles! On our 2nd day with Absolute Adventure we boated out to the Meso American reef from Puerto Morelos to snorkel! Perfect excursion, lots of fish and coral formations! All the people affiliated with this organization is top notch! The guides were knowledgeable, personable and proved to make our choice of using Absolute Adventure an A1 choice! Thanks, Claire and Arturo!

Great private tour to Tulum and Coba. Good communication prior to our arrival in .Mexico. Well Informed guide. Pace was good and the tour was appropriately tailored to our interests. Having toured some of this area with other companies, these guys are much better. Far more personal and service oriented. Highly recommend

We had a great day visiting Tulum and snorkeling in a cenote. Our tour guide, Arturo, was engaging, thorough, and fun to be with. If we had more time in Mexico I would definitely have booked another trip with them. I will add too, that on the front end and back end of our tour, Owner Claire was extremely responsive to my multitude of questions and logistical inquiries. We were considering other tours, but there was no communication. This is critical when planning a vacation from afar. So all of these factors combined prompt me to give them an A++ rating. And I am a picky customer. Phenomenal job, Absolute Adventures, we will be singing your praises to family, friends, and obviously here to the world!

I researched and emailed several companies in Cancun and I couldn't be happier with Absolute. They always returned my emails wishing 24 hours or even faster and really had a vision for what we wanted for our day out. We did a private snorkeling tour on The Puerto Morelos reef and it was amazing. Our driving was so professional, stayed with our items in the van the whole time, picked us up on time and was perfect. Our guide was over the top great and he took us for a great lunch and had so much knowledge! I will be visiting again and will use Absolute!

We went on the Private archaeological tour to Coba and Tulum with Arturo and Ervin. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our day with our guide Arturo who not only told us about the ruins but a lot about Mexico in general. We would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to learn about the ruins.

Outstanding experience--every detail attended to. Guide, Arturo, and driver were welcoming, prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable professionals. Each of the additional site guides (Tulum ruins and turtle swim) also outstanding. We booked thru our local travel agent prior to arrival. Selected 2 add'l tours at our hotel, Barcelo Maya Palace, (gorgeous!)before experiencing the Absolute Adventure. Had we known, we would definitely have booked the other excursions w/ Absolute. HIGHLY recommend and hope to return!! Thank you Claire and Company for an excellent adventure!

The tour was worth every penny! Claire made the booking super easy and answered my questions though email almost immediately! They picked us up right on time and catered to us all day long. Juan, our tour guide and Omar, our driver, were absolutely amazing! They provided a private tour of Chichen Itza, the Cenote and Valladolid. We enjoyed a delicious traditional Mexican lunch at Atrio. Juan was very knowledgeable and will definitely request them on any future travels to Cancun. We highly recommend them.
