Great experience for all the family.Wonderful trip today to see the turtles (rays and many fish) followed by a cenote swim and lunch at a local restaurant. We were 2 adults with a 15 and 12 year old. Everyone loved it and went home very happy! Our guide Arturo was excellent - great information and advised us on which cenote to go to given other trips planned.

Perfect Private Tour - Beat the Crowds!Booking this private tour was absolutely the best decision?it helped us avoid crowds and wasted time picking up other guests. It really made the most of our day, allowing us to visit Chich?n Itz? in the cooler morning hours, which made a big difference. Our guide, Josh, was knowledgeable and engaging, giving us great insight into what we were seeing and helping bring the history to life. Our driver, Hugo, was excellent as well?friendly, professional, and made the journey smooth and comfortable throughout. The highlight of the day was definitely the cenote?we arrived early when it was still quiet and uncrowded, which made it feel incredibly special. We also enjoyed a lovely traditional lunch in Valladolid, a beautiful spot that added to the overall experience. The transportation was comfortable, and the added touches of drinks and snacks were much appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend!

Perfect Day in Tulum, Cenote and turtle encounterAnother amazing day with Josh and Hugo! This tour to Tulum, a cenote, and swimming with turtles was unforgettable from start to finish. Arriving early at Tulum meant we could really enjoy the site before it got busy. Josh brought everything to life with his knowledge, sharing fascinating history and insights, and he took care of all the tickets so we could stay completely stress-free. Hugo once again made the journey smooth and comfortable. We then visited Nicte-Ha Cenote, which was absolutely beautiful. We were the only people there, which made it feel incredibly special and peaceful. Lunch was fantastic at a lovely restaurant with thoughtful touches the children loved?swings and a football table kept them entertained while we relaxed. The food itself was delicious. The final highlight was swimming with turtles?an unforgettable experience. During our 45-minute tour, we saw three turtles, which felt like such a privilege. Swimming out to the edge of the reef, we also saw some beautiful fish and truly felt immersed in nature. Tip wear a rash vest as the life jacket rubs your skin after a while. Once again, Josh handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to completely relax and enjoy every moment of the day. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience. Pickup was prompt, driver and guider were professional and friendly. Eddie, our guide, couldn’t have been more helpful and affable. Even the 90 minute commute flew by as we chatted with Eddie and learned about the area. The cenotes were super fun and a perfect way to spend the day with family. We all felt a real connection to our guide and would recommend him and this company without reservation. Thanks Eddie!

Our private tour exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, our guide and driver were warm, engaging, and incredibly organized, setting a clear tone for a seamless day. Their thoughtful planning allowed us to move effortlessly through each stop, avoiding the typical lines and crowds, which made the experience feel both intimate and unrushed. What truly set this tour apart was our guide Eddy’s depth of knowledge. His passion for Mayan history brought Chichen Itza and the surrounding region to life in a way that felt immersive and meaningful, rather than just informational. You could feel the history, not just hear it. One of the highlights was the flexibility and attentiveness to our family. When my son mentioned wanting a bit more adventure, they happily adjusted our itinerary and took us to a stunning cenote where he could swing into the water from a rope. It ended up being one of his favorite moments of the entire trip. Even the drive itself was enjoyable, as we had the chance to connect more personally with Eddy and learn about the culture beyond the typical tourist lens. Every detail felt intentional, thoughtful, and tailored. An absolutely exceptional experience. I cannot recommend this private Chichen Itza tour highly enough.

Amazing cenote tour with my family. Dulce did an excellent job guiding us through two different cenote areas, teaching us the history, nature, and culture, and pointing out the coolest parts to look at. Hugo was a great driver, very careful over the gravel roads and safe through busier roads. Absolutely recommend this tour if you want to experience all that the cenotes have to offer!

Looking forward to a new adventure next year!We were a group of 10 with varying ages from 6-76 & everyone enjoyed it! For the Tulum ruins tour, our tour guide Josh, came equipped with a Tablet with photos of what the various buildings, cultural events, etc., would have looked like. The children loved it, brilliant! Josh really kept them engaged, was endlessly patient with their questions & it was the perfect length of tour for them especially. The 6 adults were impressed as well, we found the walking tour relaxing, well organised & informative with beautiful views of the coastline. Next up was the Cenote snorkel at Taak Bi Ha & another huge success. Just stunning. Last was the lunch at a unique jungle restaurant. The food was delicious & again, enjoyed by all. Thanks Josh, it was a memorable event for all of us.

Had the most amazing experience thanks to our driver Omar and most importantly, our guide, Juan. We chose the Tulum, cenote, and lunch option. It was great getting an early morning start as we were the first to arrive to Tulum and had them exclusively to ourselves prior to others arriving. The tour was such an amazing sight and Juan’s experience, knowledge, and communication skills were a big bonus. The cenote (Tak bi ha) was an experience that words can’t properly describe. We arrived after the tour and beat the crowds there too. Had the most wonderful time swimming there and seeing the beautiful tiny fish 🐠 swimming along. An unforgettable experience. Lunch at Juanita’s was pleasant and hit the spot after the tour and cenote. Big thanks to Omar for taking care of our stuff and getting us around safely and a big shoutout to our guide Juan.

I had an amazing experience with Absolute Adventures in Tulum! Everything was well organized, and our guide was incredibly friendly and made the whole trip even more enjoyable. You can tell they really care about making sure everyone has a great time. The highlight for me was visiting the Tak Bi Ha cenote, it was absolutely stunning. The water was crystal clear, and the whole trip felt peaceful and almost magical. Definitely one of the most beautiful spots I've seen. If you're in Tulum and looking for a memorable adventure, I highly recommend booking with them!

Hemos contratado el tour privado de dos cenotes, Taak Bi Ha y Nicte Ha, los cuales han sido espectaculares. Hemos pasado una mañana maravillosa en compañía de la guía Dulce, muy amable y con buenos conocimientos de la zona y con el conductor Hugo, tambien muy amable y atento en todo momento. Highly recommended experience!!!We have hired the private tour of two cenotes, Taak Bi Ha and Nicte Ha, which have been spectacular. We spent a wonderful morning in the company of the guide Dulce, very friendly and with good knowledge of the area and with driver Hugo, also very friendly and attentive at all times. They have arrived to pick us up at the hotel very punctual and the day has gone perfect thanks to them. Highly recommended the experience!!!

Unforgettable turtle/cenote tourI went on this excursion with a group of friends and we had the best time from start to finish. Swimming with the turtles and then exploring the beautiful Taak Bi Ha Cenote is something our group will never forget and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Everything felt seamless and stress free, including the pick up and drop off from our hotel. A special shoutout to our driver Hugo, who was fantastic, and to our guide Arturo, who made an already beautiful experience even more enjoyable. He was incredibly informative, engaging, and kept our whole group smiling the entire time. The cherry on top was the delicious meal at the end of the tour, which was the perfect way to wrap up such an unforgettable day together. Thank you!!

My buddies and I did 2 days with this company. A snorkel day in Puerto Morelos and the Coba Tour. Juan was our guide and Hugo and Yosmar were our drivers. They all made our trip amazing. They were very punctual at picking us up at our hotel, so be ready. The snorkel day was really neat. We saw lots of coral, fish, a sea turtle, barracudas, and 2 nurse sharks! I loved the Coba Tour with the Monkey Reserve and Cenote. Riding bikes through ancient ruins! Mayan prayer and taking a dip in the underworld! Plus we saw some monkeys and learned a lot about Mayan culture. I especially enjoyed talking with the locals. They're very sweet people and enjoyed sharing their culture with you. Coba is quite large! Make sure you take it all in and get the photos you want. It's truly an incredible place! The only complaint is that I wish I would have spoken up about the speed of the snorkel swim. It just felt like we were in a rush to move on by the snorkel company guide, but then again maybe we wouldn't have had time to do the second spot. Lastly, I recommend just paying with your card and avoid trying to all pitch in with varing amounts of pesos. We overcomplicated it. It's very hard to find a no commission ATM. Just pay the 5% fee and enjoy yourselves! You'll need in pesos in various quanitites if you want to purchase souvenirs. In the end, Juan felt like a friend and we wish him the best! This company made the trip very enjoyable!

I had nothing but a positive experience on this trip. Eddy was very helpful and gave us lots of information. Our driver Omar made sure that we got around as fast as possible. We visited the Mayan ruins and the underground cenotes. We also had authentic Mexican food for lunch. It was nothing but a positive experience and I would definitely go again.

My friends I booked this private tequila and mezcal tour cenote and it was so fun! We got to pick between three cenotes, we went with the Jaguar one. After that we did the tequila and mezcal tour, it was very informative and loved tasting all the different tequilas. Lunch was included and it was really delicious. Arturo was our guide and he was super nice, informative, respectful, and had a good sense of humor. I would definitely recommend this tour to those who are interested in checking out the cenotes in Tulum and trying some Mexican tequila.

Had a great time with Juan and Rodrigo on the Chichén Itzá and Cenote Tour! It was an early wake up but well worth it because we got to Chichén Itzá before the crowds came. Rodrigo did an excellent job navigating the roads to get us to our various destinations in a timely manner. Juan was an amazing guide. Provided us with lots of information on Chichén Itzá and the history of the Mayan peoples. He answered all our questions, even personal ones too, haha! The ruins were beautiful and a must see if you’re in Mexico! Next we stopped by a cenote for a dip. It was great to cool off from the heat and definitely a unique experience swimming in a cave! Finally we headed for a tasty lunch in Valladolid with some free time to walk around after. Definitely would recommend this tour to anybody looking for a great time! There were plenty of washrooms breaks. As well, drinks and snacks were provided in the van. Thanks Juan and Rodrigo for unforgettable day!

Our VIP private day tour to Chichen Itza with cenote swim and lunch was superb. You will be treated like VIPs by booking with Absolute Adventures. This is a very reliable and superlative tour company. Our party of six had a private vehicle and guide and driver at our disposal the entire time. Juan is a knowledgeable and friendly guide with years of experience. He will look after you great. Rodrigo the driver will get you thru the day safely and efficiently. Our cenote swim was a highlight. It was a beautiful choice with hardly anyone else there. The included lunch was held in a highly rated restaurant in pretty Valladolid serving Yucatan specialties. And Chichen Itza is a must see for those staying in Cancun area. Tour was a little pricy but worth every penny. Ask for Juan and Rodrigo if you go ! The friendly ladies Ruby and Claire in the office will set everything up for you. Check the 10% discount offer too. A 10/10 experience.

Amazing Day Discovering CenotesThis was such an incredible day! We explored 3 different cenotes with our amazing tour guide Arturo and our driver Hugo. Each cenote was a unique and beautiful experience and Arturo was so knowledgeable, patient with the kids, and took us on a grand adventure. We had a delicious lunch and it was truly an experience we will never forget!

We did the Chichen Itzá Equinox tour on March 20th 2026 this year and it was AMAZING! There were 4 of us and we were so happy we were able to book it privately, it made the experience so much better to have a dedicated private guide. We had a phenomenal time! Our tour guides name was Josh and I wouldn’t have picked anyone else to guide us through this experience. He was so friendly, fun and knowledgeable! There wasn’t really any questions that we had that he couldn’t answer. He was very detailed in his explanations and just a pure joy to be around. He made sure we knew ahead of time about everything and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. The transportation was also comfortable and they made stops for us along the way because it was such a long drive. We really can’t rave more and would recommend this tour to everyone! Very very worth it and would definitely pick Absolute Adventure Mexico for our next adventure!

We had an absolutely wonderful day with Juan as our tour guide and Omar as our driver. We started early, but it was well worth it when we were the first people into Chichen Itza. What a magnificent site! The personal stories, history, and jokes from Juan were highlights. He is a seasoned veteran and helped with great photos, guidance, and history. The cenote was spectacular and lunch was tasty. Great little touches made us feel like VIPs.

The highlight of our trip! Our guide was Eddy, and he was perfect. Friendly, professional, and just so well informed! He answered a million questions with a smile, and chatted through everything with us. Chichen Itza was really brought to life by him, and we had an amazing time. He was also very free with cultural insights about Mexican life both past and present. Thank you Eddy! Our driver was Omar, and he was also excellent on a long drive! Always ready to greet us with a smile and a iced bottle of water! This was our first time using Absolute Adventure, but everything was perfect. Communication, timing, payment, all done perfectly! Best day of our tripWe had a great experience and learned lots about the history of the Mayan people with our great guid Arturo. After we drove to a cenote and have lots of fun swimming and learning out how cenotes work. Over this was a 5 star trip but the main reason it was was because of our guid he was super friendly and showed lots of hospitality.

We had a lovely visit to Chichen Itza and Oxman Cenote. Our guide was Dulce and our driver was Yosmar. We were a group of 7 with 4 adults and 3 kids. Our transportation was on time, very clean, and safe. He had beverages and snacks ready between stops for us to enjoy along the way. Dulce was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all our questions — and her food recommendations at lunch led to us having the best meal we’ve had on our trip yet. Overall, we would highly recommend Absolute Adventure for a private tour and enjoyed our time with both Dulce and Yosmar.
