Started with great service from Claire online as she answered all of our questions. Dulce and Juan Manuel were our guide and driver and were the best! Our own private tour beat the crowds and had a magnificent experience. 100% recommend for any tour they provide.

My husband and I took tours with guides Hector and Juan this week, who were both incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond for us, and we will definitely be back. Seeing the ruins and cenotes with them was the highlight of our trip. Both of our drivers were very safe and super pleasant, which we also appreciated. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone. I can’t imagine a better experience.

Just wanted to thank you for setting up our trip to Chichen Itza and centotes with a terrific lunch in Vallolidad on Nov2.Our guide Juan was not only a gracious host but very knowledgable, personable and professional. He is a walking encyclopedia on ancient Mayan civilization. The cenotes are a marvel of nature. Delicious lunch included a sweet woman hand making tortillas moments before serving to us. I did some research before deciding to book a private tour with Absolute Adventure, and this is the best decision we could have made! My boyfriend and I had our tour on October 22, 2019, and were picked up at our hotel in Cancun, at the recommended time of 6am. Ervin was our driver, and Hector was our tour guide. They were both so friendly and made the 2 hour drive to Tulum fly by quickly. The van was air conditioned and also had plenty of cold drinks to choose from. Hector is really knowledgeable about Mayan and Aztec culture, and educated us on the entire history on our drive over. He really made us feel as if we were long lost family. When we got to Tulum, Hector took many amazing pictures of us, and knew exactly where we needed to stand to get the best shots. After Tulum, we went snorkeling in the cenotes, followed by a lunch at a Mayan restaurant. I was not sure what to get, and ended up ordering a dish that Hector had recommended, which was absolutely delicious. Overall, this was the best excursion that we had ever gone on, and definitely recommend booking a private tour with Absolute Adventure. When we come back to Mexico, we will definitely be booking different tours with them!

Manuel is an amazing guide! Pascal is very quite but an excellent driver and very safe. 3 of us did the private tour of Tulum . Manneli was our guide for Tulum ruins. I cant even begin to tell how awesome this man is. He will educate you on the entire Myan culture from 800bc to the present. Manneli truly loves what he does and is extremely passionate about conserving the Mayan culture and traditions. It is truly the best money we have ever spent. There are a lot of tour companies but if you want the best experience you need to book with Absolute Adventure Mexico. The underground river tour with Manuel was like being on another planet. I could write about this experience all day. You will not be rushed at all. Tulum, Cave cenotes lunch then Akumal swimming with the turtles its mind blowing! pay the money and have the experience of your life. YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY. Manuel even takes picturs with his phone and emails them to you at no extra charge! amazing!

We have used Absolute Adventures 4 times now for the Turtles, Pet Cemetery Cenote and Tulum trip, Puerto Morelos snorkeling, Chichen itza and Valladolid and Turtles plus Dos Ojes trip. We loved every trip and they were highlights of our holiday to Mexico. The private tours give a very personalised experience. They are well run with excellent guides - Claire, Hector and Juan - who take good care of you, and delivered magical experiences which will stay with me forever!

We recently did a tour of the Tulum ruins and snorkeling with turtles at Akumal Beach. Our guide, Juan, was prompt, personable, and knowledgeable. He made sure everyone was accommodated and having a good time. We ended the trip with an amazing lunch at a local restaurant and that was one of the highlights of our trip! I highly recommend this tour. The Tulum ruins were very interesting and swimming with turtles, sting ray, and fish of all kinds was amazing. A great day was had by all!

We did see sea turtles on our snorkeling trip. Lunch which was provided was delicious as well. Dropped off back at hotel for about 3:30pm great day spent exploring. Bring bug spray mosquitoes are a pest!

Just finished an amazing tour with Hector og Erwin! We loved the fact that the tour was absolute private, Hector made us feel like family from the first minute. We learned so much about culture and history, and my kids (12 & 13) also loved to hear Hector tell with great passion! Coming to Tulum early was great, we beat the crowds completely and Hector took pictures of us through the visit, so we could focus on listening to the onsite guide Mr. Julio. At the cenote, we had the place all to ourselves, which made it a truly amazing experience! We enjoyed the conversations with Hector during the great lunch. Very local and not at all a touristtrap. At our last stop at Akumal, we found seaturtles, and it was just amazing! We can't recommend this trip enough!! Just do it! This trip made our vacation perfect and both kids and adults had the best time. All through the day Hector and Erwin took care of us, and made us feel so comfortable. Thank you! I had previously visited Chichen Itza 14 years ago while on a cruise. While the site is remarkable, the crowds and heat were distracting. For this visit, I wanted a better experience for my brother and friend. This company was a pleasure to book with from beginning to end; when I added on a 3rd person, Chris discounted my rate. I was able to pay ahead with PayPal which was very convenient for budgeting. Then, on the day of the trip, my companions and I realized we would be happier heading back to the resort after the cenotes, skipping the gourmet lunch. Juan and Rodrigo happily accommodated us and Claire refunded my deposit!

What a great day. Did Ojos was absolutely gorgeous and insanely refreshing after the painful heat of the morning. Despite the insane temperature, the round of Tulum were incredible, of course, and Daniel was such a great, easy-going and helpful guide. He was very patient with our group (including my very whiny child) and even played with him so I could snorkel with the turtles. What a nice guy! This is a great trip, but keep on mind you're energy will be totally zapped. Do not make plans for dinner!! Just chill after. Thanks, Daniel!!

Despite the insane temperature, the round of Tulum were incredible, of course, and Daniel was such a great, easy-going and helpful guide. Our tour guide, HECTOR and driver RODRIGO, were so friendly, knowledgeable, funny, kind and super informative. The tour itself was a highlight of our trip, we started our at the ruins where we were driven after a pickup in a private van at our Air BNB. It was very educational, and Hector had a wealth of knowledge about the Maya and the history of Mexico. We then proceeded to choose a Cenote that we wanted to visit at Dos Ojos, and we chose Nicte Ha, it was GORGEOUS. Beautiful experience and the snorkel gear was provided. After the cenote Hector treated us to lunch at a local restaurant and it was arguably the best food we had on the trip! Delicious and homemade and the perfect fuel for a busy day. We then headed over to the protected Akumal Bay where we swam with Sea Turtles and and saw so many different types of coral and fish. We saw probably 4 sea turtles in the wild and it was AMAZING. I will never forget that moment! The excursion itself was worth every penny— the fees to the cenote and the bay and the ruins are all included in the price of the guide and excursion. Just remember to bring towels and bug spray! We would gladly have hector and rodrigo on every tour if we could! They are amazing. SERIOUSLY this company is amazing and great at communication and was a highlight of our trip! Book them!

increible día, Rodrigo de los pocosconductores con los que hemos estado seguras y tranquilas en nuesta estancia en Rivera Maya. Nuestro guia fué Hector que nos explico muchas cosas y a diferencia de otros guia tiene gran conocimiento y es super agradable . La comida muy buena. Vimos tortugas muy cerca a pesar de que nos decian en otros sitios que no feriamos, el cenote maravilloso y Tulum sin palabras. Al ser en privado esta muy bien y la excurción es de gran calidad. Repetiriamos sin duda un dia inolvidable.
