Arturo, our guide, was phenomenal! He was so patient, friendly and knowledgeable. He knew the best times to get to each cenotes, made us feel safe as we maneuvered our way through and took us to a delicious lunch at the end! Do not hesitate to take the dos ojos cenotes tour!

Unbelievable and memorable day with Juan and Omar. Omar is an excellent driver and Juan is an exceptional tour guide. They spent a very long day with us and their attention and enthusiasm never waned. We especially appreciated the private tour during Covid and felt safe the entire time. Juan gives the perfect amount of information and history. Couldn’t have had a better day with @absoluteadventure.

We had a fantastic time! Saw 3 turtles, a stingray, and many fish as we snorkeled and swam. Arturo was a great guide. Took us to a great senote where my kids jumped off a ledge dozens of times and we finished with an excellent lunch. Perfect day and very professional and fun tour!

This was an overall great experience. We did the Tulum Express tour so that we could see the ruins but not eat up an entire day, and this tour fit that goal perfectly. Our guide, Juan, met us at our hotel bright and early with our driver and van. The drive was smooth, the tour was informative, and the ruins were spectacular. Juan made sure we kept ahead of the crowds and showed us all of the great picture spots. I would highly recommended this tour company and Juan for a great experience in the Riviera Maya!

We had a private tour of the Mayan Ruins near Tulum with Daniele and Pascual. Daniele was very knowledgeable and so much fun. We never would have learned any of the information by wandering around by ourselves. We went to an underground cenote afterwards and Daniele was very patient and made sure we had the experience that we wanted and our safety was never in question. Afterwards we had a spectacular lunch at a family restaurant in the jungle. Pascual did an excellent job as our driver navigating the roads. That day was truly the highlight of our trip to Mexico!

After all flights to Cancun were cancelled because of an Aeromexico crew shortage we had to cancel our tour at very short notice. Absolute Adventure was amazingly flexible and even refunded our deposit. I hope we have a chance to actually take a tour in the future!

The trip was amazing! Having a private tour for our family of 5 was well worth it. We didn’t have to worry about other people and we had the first cenote to ourselves . The guide as kind and patient with the kids and it made the day lots of fu !

My teen son and I had been most looking forward to our tour of Coba and Tulum out of all the things we had planned for our Mexican vacation. Having studied archeology in college it was a dream of mine to make a trip to see various mayan sites in the Yucatan including Coba. Our day turned out to meet and exceed our great expectations. The day was expertly planned so as to best avoid the crowds andJuan was extremely personable, knowledgable and patient with all of our many questions. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout the day and the lunch we had was delicious. I heartily recommend this company based upon the experience we had.

We did the private 3 Cenotes tour with Arturo and he was a fantastic guide for the day. There was no act with Arturo, he was just a genuinely nice person and we enjoyed his company and expertise when educating us about each Cenotes and the wildlife we saw. The Cave Cenotes (Taak Bi Ha) was amazing (beware the water is chilly) but it truly is breathtaking. Too bad there were so many dumb Instagram models posing for 30 pictures in every spot though. No reflection on Absolute Adventure or Arturo, just the world we live in I guess. The lunch we were taken to at Juanitas was the best meal we had our entire trip! I will also say communication from the company was very good. Everything was a breeze with this tour company and we were all very satisfied as a group of 10. Thanks again Arturo and if we come back we will look you up!

Magical tour of Chichen Itsa with Juan, a very knowledgeable guide who was a great guy. Very professional and made sure we had food and drink on our journey also. Juan will not bore you or your children with too much information but will always have an answer and expand on facts if you are inquisitive. The Cenotes was also an amazing experience and again we were well looked after. The meal in Valladolid was excellent and the restaurant was very charming as were the streets of the town we walked around after, real Mexico. Highly recommend this company and these sites are a must see.

We would highly recommend Absolute Adventure Mexico, the tours and traveling with JJ and Rodrigo. They were incredibly thoughtful and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable during the tours and while traveling the 1-2 hours each way. JJ truly knows his Mayan and Aztec history and was a tremendous guide! He was genuinely interested in getting to know our family and we had lots of laughs! We also appreciated Claire’s responsiveness as we had a few questions before booking and communicated a bunch during our stay. Looking forward to coming back for more great adventures and will definitely book with Absolute Adventure Mexico!!

This was by far the best excursion we’ve been on. Juan’s explanation of the Chichen Itza was spectacular. He made sure we had snacks, coffee, and water, and he was energetic and kind. The Cenote was beautiful, and the lunch was the best I’ve had in Mexico so far. Would recommend 10/10!!

This was by far the best excursion we’ve been on. Juan’s explanation of the Chichen Itza was spectacular. He made sure we had snacks, coffee, and water, and he was energetic and kind. The Cenote was beautiful, and the lunch was the best I’ve had in Mexico so far. Would recommend 10/10!!

Hector, Juan and their 2 drivers (can’t recall their names) did a great job showing us Coba and giving us extensive information about the sites and Mayan Mexican history and culture. They were very knowledgeable about a wide range of topics, and had answers for all of our questions, which were many! We had a large group (14 family members) in 2 vans, but they did a great job of making us seem like one cohesive group. They took great care of us, including the great restaurant were we had lunch. It was an excellent experience, and we all loved how easy they were to talk to. They truly did make it feel as if they were part of the family! We would definitely take another tour with them in the future.

The absolute best tour we’ve been on so far!! We went to their website and saw that we could choose 3 cenotes of our choice to visit. We had a cenote all to ourselves in the morning, and it was very private which fit our needs and speed (we wanted lots of swim time and photo opportunities). It was supposed to be a busy time, but for some reason we had great timing in most of the cenotes. Even during our visit in Dos Ojos which receives heavy traffic, we had the bat cave all to ourselves! our guide Arturo was so kind and accommodating! We had great conversations and such a great experience. I was just traveling with my brother and we did not know anything about Tulum (it’s our first time here and in Mexico), we felt safe and taken cared of the entire time. They provided us with the proper SANITIZED gear and such great insight on the cenotes and Mayan culture. The lunch was great as well. Will definitely book with them again for future private tours!!

The day we spent with this company exceeded all expectations despite our expectations been very high. From the moment we were greeted by artur to getting back to our hotel we were looked after with the highest level of professionalism. We can’t speak highly enough of either of the experiences we took part in (turtle tour and cenote swim) as they both blew our mind. The turtle swim was an incredible experience that is a memory that will stay with us for life and when it came to the cenote, the knowledge artur had of the cenotes was incredible and he really educated whilst leaving it to be private also. We then headed for a traditional Mexican meal which artur again advised us on the most local delicacies which we absolutely loved. From start to finish, fantastic trip. 5*

Arturo and Rodrigo were great! Very patient with us in the waters especially since I am a little scared of water. Life vests were always on so nothing to worry about. Very fun tour with snorkeling and even visiting bat cave! Highly recommend!

Cannot say enough good things. Rodrigo is a very safe driver. There were four adults in our party. The van is spacious, cold drinks are offered. Very smooth ride from our hotel lobby and back.

It was great to be able to customize our day, choosing to tour Tulum and snorkeling the 'Pet Cemetary" cenote. We felt comfortable and safe the entire time.
