A wonderful experience. We had a great time with Alex G as our guide and Omar the driver. Alex was very knowledgeable of the ruins and of the cenote we went to. We chose the underground one and it was one of the coolest things we?ve ever done. The lunch at Juanita was delicious and there is a small shop where you can buy souvenirs with part of the proceeds going to the local school. The early departure is well worth it, you can beat the crowds and some of the heat at the ruins. Overall 11/10. Well worth it, would 100% book again and ask for Alex and Omar.

Me and my family visited Playa Del Carmen and took two tours with an amazing guide Alex G. Our first tour was to Tulum and we visited the ruins and two cenotes. After the beautiful cenotes we went to lunch at Restaurante Juanita, and had delicious authentic food with a great atmosphere. Our second tour was to Chitchen-Itza and the ride there was about two hours. During the ride our guide Alex, gave us unique information on mayan culture and history regarding the ruins. We went to swim in the cenote Saamal and ate lunch in Valladolid. Our guide was amazing and did great with keeping 20 of us together and entertained for both adventures!!!

Our private tour to Tulum, Coba, two cenotes, and lunch was fantastic. Juan (guide) and Rodrigo (driver) picked us up in Puerto Aventuras, and everything was seamless. Juan knows a ton about the area and the sites, and he was super friendly and funny. The bike ride to see Coba was so fun, but the cenote swim was the highlight. Juan times everything so well so we had the cenote all to ourselves and we beat most everyone to the ruins. Booking and arranging was super easy.

Great experience with excellent guide. Pick up was smooth and on time. A convenience store stop after our 6 am pick up was perfect for our needs. Our guide, Arturo, was knowledgeable, friendly, easy going, great with kids, and very informative. He guided us through Chichenitza in just the way we needed. We chose our cenote swim based upon his recommendations and enjoyed it tremendously. He helped us avoid the crowds and was flexible in regards to our kids needs. The lunch was excellent... we shopped a little at the end in town all based upon what we wanted to do. The return back to our hotel was smooth. The company Absoute Adventure Mexico is outstanding in their customer service. Great company.

What a great experience and adventure from start to finish. Communication from booking to the end of the trip was fantastic. Claire was a knowledgeable and fun guide. She knew so much about the areas we visited. She was very personable as well. We beat the crowds at the ruins, the cenote and for lunch at an amazing spot in the middle of the jungle. We saw so many turtles after lunch and a stingray. Fantastic family experience!

We always choose Absolute Adventure for our extrusions. Easy to book and communicate. Today we went snorkeling in Puerto Morales with Arturo. We had a group of 9 including two younger children. Everyone enjoyed themselves and saw lots of features including a sting ray! The young ones had no difficulty snorkeling. Afterwards we went to a really good beachside seafood restaurant and had the most delicious meal of our trip. Our guide was informative, kind, and was easy to visit with. Again, we always choose Absolute Adventure. Highly recommend.

Delightful Tour! With Juan as our guide, my wife and I did the Tulum Ruins Private Tour with Turtle and Cenote Snorkeling. We arrived at the Tulum Ruins early, before the crowds, which made for a peaceful walk through the site while Juan shared his knowledge of the history. Not only was Juan knowledgeable, he was charming and affable. From the moment we climbed into the van, it felt like we were with an old friend showing us around some of his favorite places.

This whole tour and our guide Arturo were amazing!!!! we did the private cenotes tour and tequila tasting. The cenote (we went to Niche Ha in Dos Ojos) was so insanely beautiful and Arturo did an amazing job of explaining everything to us, swimming around with us and taking as many photos of us as we wanted and generally being really patient with us. Afterwards we drove 5 mins to a gorgeous table for our lunch and tequila tasting that Arturo explained to us was a restaurant and a venue. He explained all the tequilas to us and we learned a lot. 10/10 recommend!!!! There wasn't a moment that I didn't feel safe or properly taken care of!

Amazing tour and guide! We had an amazing time going to Chich?n-Itz? and Valladolid with Absolute Adventure! Arturo was our guide, and we got there just as the park was opening. Because we were there before the crowds, we were able to get photos with the temples as backdrops ? and no one else around. Basically had the park to ourselves for a while, which was valuable! We learned so much about the ancient city from Arturo, who was able to point out aspects of the temple and history that we would have completely missed had we been in the park on our own. We then went to Valladolid for a fantastic lunch, and got to walk the city on our own for a bit ? stopping off in a beautiful old church at one point. If you are in the Yucat?n Peninsula, make sure you book a tour worth Absolute Adventures! It?s worth taking a private tour and not to be missed!

Fantastic experience! Our tour guide and driver were fantastic! The ruins and Cenote were the highlight! Lunch was wonderful and the turtle tour was also great! This is the best tour we?ve taken!

Perfect family tour! Fun and informative. The whole day was perfect. We started at 8 am and made it to the Coba ruins. We were basically the only ones there. It was so nice to brag the crowds! Arturo, our guide was fabulous. We had a group of 8 including 4 kids (ages 12, 10, 8, and 5) and all really enjoyed it. Everyone but the 5 year old rode bikes while the 5 year old followed along on a rickshaw. We then enjoyed swimming in two different cenotes. Both places we had to ourselves. Arturo let us enjoy our time at each of them. We then had a very authentic delicious lunch. Such a great tour for the whole family. Def would recommend.

Amazing! Our tour guide Joshua was amazing and very informative. He guided us through the cenotes with ease and along the way he helped us learn about Mayan culture along the way. Would definitely recommend this tour

We did the private tour of Tulum with lunch and a tequila tasting after. I cannot recommend this enough and I do NOT like tequila. We did this tour for my sister bc its her bday weekend and she loves tequila. I have no love for tequila, but Arturo, our guide, was fabulous. Not only did he know everything about Tulum and the Mayan culture, he was extremely knowledgeable about tequila as well. Honestly, he MADE the tour. He was , hands down, one of the best tour guides I have had.

Excellent! We had an absolutely amazing day! Our guide Juan was so much fun. He gave us lots of information while visiting Tulum ruins. All the crowds were arriving while we were leaving. After that, we chose Taak Bi Ha out of three cenote options because it is underground. There were hardly anyone else in the cenote, only a group of scuba divers. I can't even explain the beauty of this cenote with words. It was otherworldly. After a delicious lunch, we went to Akumal for snorkeling. We enjoyed it so much! We saw lots of sea turtles, parrot fish, angel fish, puffer fish, trumpet fish to name a few. I definitely recommend this tour

We had the loveliest day snorkeling with the turtles and enjoying swimming in a cenote. Alex was wonderful! He was so informative explaining much about the area, history, culture etc. He was so pleasant and accommodating as well, answering any questions we had. He truly made the day extra special. We saw turtles in Akumel and many fish in the reef. We were fortunate enough to have the cenote to ourselves and immensely enjoyed the beauty and relaxing time snorkeling there as well. After, was a delicious lunch at a local family run restaurant. All in all, an exceptional day!

Had an amazing time snorkeling 2 cenotes with our guide Arturo. He?s very welcoming and made the adventure safe and laid back. He answered all our questions and kept us informed the entire tour. We were picked up from our AirBNB and the van was air conditioned with a cooler full of water and soda for the trip. We also had a yummy lunch at the end which is covered by the fee of the adventure but also has a full bar so you can have drinks and cervezas. Highly recommend!

BEST SNORKELING CENOTE AND TEQUILA TOUR IN TULUM We did the private cenote snorkeling tour and tequila tasting tour with Arturo & it was THE MOST incredible experience! We had a large bachelorette group and could not have asked for a better afternoon - we learned so much about tequila, had a gorgeous tour snorkeling inside the caves and a delicious lunch to top it all off. Arturo is an awesome guide and we couldn?t thank his whole team enough for an unforgettable experience! If you are debating booking a tour with this company, you won?t regret it!!!

Highly recommend this private tour! Our tour guide was fantastic! What a wonderful experience! Perfect private tour for a nervous swimmer like me. First stop was snorkelling in Akumel where we saw several sea turtles, including babies. Two of which came up for air within arms length. So close you could actually hear the turtle inhale! We also saw a couple of stingrays. Was nice to see these beautiful creatures in their natural habitat. Next was a stop at the Nicte Ha Cenote where we able to relax, snorkel and enjoy this refreshing water in a gorgeous setting. Lastly, we stopped for an authentic Mexican lunch. Enjoyed the food, ambience and company of our guide Alex. Alex was a wealth of information. His love of the Mayan history and people was evident. He appears to love his job and does it well! A special shout out to our driver Omar. While Alex was sharing information Omar navigated the busy highway allowing us to arrive at our destination safely and stress free. Highly recommend!

Juan and Carlos were the best hosts I?ve ever had. This was my friends and I favorite excursion while in Tulum. He stayed with me and my friend while we were in the Cenotes due to a lack of confidence with swimming in deep water. Also, he gave us a nice tour throughout the Cenotes and just the location. We loved him a lot! If you can, book with Juan aka JJ and Carlos for a memorable and great experience!

Alex (guide) was very knowledgeable about Tulum and Coba and taught us a lot about the Mayan history and culture. It was obvious he studied in great length about the culture and the region. He even taught us how to count in Mayan. The private tour was well worth the additional cost. Omar (driver) was almost too quiet, but was a great driver getting us there and back safely. If you go to Coba with them you will have the choice of riding a bike or having what Alex calls a tricycle (rickshaw) with someone else peddling. We did the bikes and it was fun, but if you?re at all unsure about the bike, I would recommend the tricycle. It is farther than you might think.
