We chose Absolute adventure for a private tour of Tulum, snorkeling Cenotes, and snorkeling with sea turtles. Our family agreed it was the best excursion we’ve done in Mexico, including Cabo and Puerto Vallarta. Our guide. Joshua, was remarkable. You cannot go wrong with this company. They are amazing!

We had a great experience doing the private Chichen Itza and cenote tour with tour guide, Josh, and our driver, Kike. They were very patient with us as we were traveling with our 13 month old baby. We had an early morning pickup which was great to avoid the crowds and heat at Chichen Itza and even got to experience the cenote just to ourselves for a while. Would recommend!

We used Absolute Adventures for 2 seperate tours while we were in Mexico and it was the best choice we could of made! We chose private tours and we would use them again! The communication was spot on, they were on time, super organized, and reasonably priced for the care and services. Our first tour was to Chitzen Itza, the three of us were picked up on time at 615, (it sounds early but it was 100% the best choice) the drive is long but they offered a stop for coffee and a pastry as well as bathroom breaks along the way. We arrived when there was hardly any people on the site. We were able to get many great pictures and Joshua was so knowledgeable! We all learnt so many things about the history of the Mayans and the area it was great. He was also very mindful of how hot it was and made sure we had breaks in the shade because it is HOT! (Another reason to go early). He was super organized, tickets all ready to go and was great at explaining the process or where we were going next! They had ice cold water and drinks and we ordered a few beer for the long trip. We than went to Valladolid and ate at an AMAZING resturant in the city. We spent some time exploring the square and the surrounding area. They were very knowledgeable about all the things to see and made the day so great. I also have to mention, KiKa our amazing driver. Some of the roads and areas were so busy and nuts but he always found a great place to park and we always felt safe. Our next trip was for two to the Tulum Ruins, the Tak bi ha cenote, and snorkeling in Akumal. Juan was our guide and he was so fun! He added to all the information Joshua had given us and the ruins were amazing to see. We were literally the first two people into the ruins and again so many great photos, some really great information and facts, even learnt some mayan words. We than went to the cenote and we arrived just as everyone else was leaving and had the whole place to ourselves other than divers gearing up to go! Again full of so much information and great knowledge. Ate at another great restaurant where certain items were included and than off to see the turtles. I wish I had gotten the guides name that took us into the ocean but it was the best experience, he guided us through the water, held us in place so we could view the turtles, squids, fish and sting rays all around. Was an amazing day!! Kika was out again our driver on another fantastic trip. If your looking for a company with amazing people, thats super organized and great at communication, please use absolute adventure! You really won't be sad you did!!

Absolutely amazing experience. We chose the private tour of Tulum ruins, Dos Ojos Cenote, and Akumal turtle swim. Josh and Pablo provided 1st class service, door to door, with every detail provided for our comfort and enjoyment. Highly recommend!

I’m not a tour person, but Josh and Pablo were outstanding. They listened to us, calibrated their pace to our energy, and we had a great time experiencing the Mayan ruins, cenotes, and turtle swims in the area. 5 stars!

this was a great tour for my family of 5. My teens and preteen loved the cenotes and the tour guide and driver were great! Hands down the best way to experience Cenotes and to swim with the turtles!

Juan was an exceptional tour guide. If safely is high on your list, small tour is the move. Juan and Kevin were always in close proximity scouting cool things. We saw two types of rays, 4 types of trigger fish, cow fish, eel, multiple types of angel fish, barracuda, cuddle fish, and all the regular reef small fish. Juan took us around town and got a great local lunch.

Juan was the best tour guide we could have possibly asked for! He was knowledgeable and kind and went to every effort to make sure our trip to Ek Balam was perfect. Truly exceeded our expectations, I would leave more than 5 stars if I could.

Absolute Adventures-Mexico was an absolute pleasure to work with and our tour experience was fantastic! The office responded to our questions on chat very quickly and enabled us to increase our group from 4 to 10 easily. They provided important information so we came prepared with essentials. Arturo, our guide and our driver, Rodrigo, ensured we had a safe trip. Arturo was a #1 guide to Tulum and at the cenote. Lunch was delicious and the Palapa we dined under lovely. We give this tour company top grades and would not hesitate to use them again!

My family and I (a group of 20+) had an amazing time with our guide Juan! Juan made sure everyone was taken care of. We visited 2 beautiful cenotes. Booking online was a breeze. Excellent, clear communication. All my questions were answered promptly by text. We got picked up from our resort on time and the vans had A/C and ice cold water and sodas. I would definitely book more tours with Absolute Adventure Mexico next time I visit! Special thanks to Claire, Ruby, Juan, and our driver for this unforgettable experience.

Highly recommend booking through Absolute Adventure! We were a group of 10 who booked a Private Cenote Tour out of Tulum. We were able to include a pickup/drop off directly from our AirBnB, which was very convenient. The cenotes were a beautiful and unique experience. We went to Cenote Jaguar and Taak Bi Ha. But the best part of our trip was our tour guides, Cristina and Rodri. Cristina was amazing- extremely knowledgeable, very fun and friendly, and both her and Rodri made sure we had a great time. Book here! It’s an experience you don’t want to miss.

A group of ten of us chose the Absolute Adventure Private tour and enjoyed ourselves immensely with Cris and Rodri! They picked us up at 7:30 am at our hotel (Secrets Maroma) and we got to the Cenote Jaguar around 8:45 am. We each did the zip line twice, which was a riot, then jumped off the platforms for a refreshing dip. It was awesome! We went to our second cenote inside a cave which was very cool, gorgeous, and fascinating to learn about. Did some snorkeling there and then headed close by to Juanitas for a delicious lunch. Cris and Rodri really outdid themselves not only as excellent tour guides but they also were kind enough to travel all the way back to our hotel again when we realized we left a cell phone in the shuttle! They were kind and generous with their time and expertise and we loved every moment!

Our private Chichen Itza and cenote tour was wonderful. Josh, our guide, was very attentive, funny and knowledgeable. A special thank-you to Claire and Ruby who worked quickly and tirelessly to adjust our tour plans when there were last minute additions to our group. Absolute Adventure was very professional and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them for a private tour.

We booked a tour to Ek Balam with a Cenote swim. It was the best money we spent this vacation! Anturo was an incredible guide. Knowledgeable, funny, and kind. At Ek Balam, he gave us exactly the right amount of information, answered all of our questions and their were EIGHT of us, from 10 to 74-years old. He was so patient with different abilities and interest and when my 10-year-old son was scared coming down the Ek Balam Temple steps, he stayed right with him and encouraged him down all 76 steps. Everything was seamless and the restaurant we ate at was so good, I'd book the tour again to have the food. It was well worth the money for the private tour and I saw lots of people listening to our tour as we walked around. It was so nice to go at our own pace and be able to accommodate our whole group. 110% recommend Absolute Adventure and will book with them next time we're here!

Did the tour to chichen itza, cenote, and Valladolid. Beautiful tour and great restaurant. We were with Christina as the guide and Rodri as the driver. Both were wonderful. Christina was very fun and knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Wonderful! The experience was offered in English as well as Español, and we had a lot of fun. We toured with Christina, who is very friendly and knows a lot about the place. There was a lot of information about the ruins and cénotes, which was fun to learn about!
